I never thought I’d ditch my drawer full of styling tools, but this 6-in-1 hair styler completely changed the game for me. It seriously does it all—dries my hair in under five minutes (I have thick, wavy hair), and I can switch between loose beachy waves or tighter curls depending on my mood. The auto-wrap barrels are magic—you don’t have to twist, clamp, or even try hard. The curls come out looking like I just left a salon. The motor is super powerful, yet it’s surprisingly quiet, which I love for early mornings or when the kids are asleep. And despite how strong it is, my hair feels way healthier after using it. I bought this hair dryer to see if it would be worth the investment to splurge on the real deal Dyson. The only attachment that works with my fine hair is the brush. The curlers don’t curl it evenly and won’t hold on to portions of my hair no matter how much (or little) I try to do at a time. The concentrator leaves more friz and flyaways than my $40 standard hair dryer did. The brush attachment does a pretty decent job, though there are still an awful lot of flyaways, but it won’t stay attached to the rest of the dryer! Every time I try to brush it falls out and gets stuck in my hair, so the only way I can use it is by holding on to both the handle and the attachment where they come together so that they don’t fall apart while brushing. This makes it difficult to use and takes at least three times the amount of time my old standard dryer took. I really wanted to love this device, but it has left me pretty frustrated and disappointed.

The product exploded while I was using it, which was extremely dangerous. I had to throw it away for safety reasons. When I reached out for help, customer service refused to do anything because I couldn’t provide a photo—even though I explained the item had already been disposed of due to the safety risk. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. There was no real concern for customer safety, and I was left with no support. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others based on this experience.

EDIT: Company issued a replacement after letting me know they had a batch that had a couple with defects in the heating element. Additionally, they sent me a free hair dryer with attachments for my trouble! Will update if there are any other issues! This would have been 5 stars, as this product worked great - for 8 uses. Now the heating element doesn't heat up, so it only blows cold air. Can't find any product support. Wasted $200.

The presentation of this set is wonderful. Everything is organized and the case is great. The brush attachment gets my hair dry and straight in a fraction of the time of my dryer with the comb attachment. The dryer isn't overly loud, the settings are really easy to use and changing attachments is a breeze. The clips and other attachment provide the full salon experience all in one box. I've ordered a number of dryers recently trying to find the right one and I think I found what I was looking for.
