    • Exploded Item, No Help from Customer Service
The product exploded while I was using it, which was extremely dangerous. I had to throw it away for safety reasons. When I reached out for help, customer service refused to do anything because I couldn’t provide a photo—even though I explained the item had already been disposed of due to the safety risk. I’m very disappointed with how this was handled. There was no real concern for customer safety, and I was left with no support.     • Attachments fall off making it impossible to use
I bought this hair dryer to see if it would be worth the investment to splurge on the real deal Dyson. The only attachment that works with my fine hair is the brush. The curlers don’t curl it evenly and won’t hold on to portions of my hair no matter how much (or little) I try to do at a time. The concentrator leaves more friz and flyaways than my $40 standard hair dryer did. The brush attachment does a pretty decent job, though there are still an awful lot of flyaways, but it won’t stay attached to the rest of the dryer! Every time I try to brush it falls out and gets stuck in my hair, so the only way I can use it is by holding on to both the handle and the attachment where they come together so that they don’t fall apart while brushing. This makes it difficult to use and takes at least three times the amount of time my old standard dryer took. I really wanted to love this device, but it has left me pretty frustrated and disappointed. ... show more

    • Heating element doesn’t last past 8 uses.
EDIT: Company issued a replacement after letting me know they had a batch that had a couple with defects in the heating element. Additionally, they sent me a free hair dryer with attachments for my trouble! Will update if there are any other issues! This would have been 5 stars, as this product worked great - for 8 uses. Now the heating element doesn't heat up, so it only blows cold air. Can't find any product support. Wasted $200. ... show more

I purchased this in April; it is now July 7, and it has stopped heating. It was only blowing cool air. I have reached out to the seller’s customer service. They are working on a solution for me. I loved the product while it was heating. Check back in a couple days to see my edit to review.
