Gave it 4 stars because it doesn't get hot enough on the hottest setting. Other than that it is a great product. My $10 hair dryer actually dries just as fast because it gets hotter but that is not a deal breaker. It blows hard so it does what it says. And super lightweight which I love!

Way to complicated to get the heat settings to stay. If I got the right setting it dried my curly hair quickly and no frizz. But I could never get the settings to stay. I googled to try and set it, watched YouTube videos, even tried to contact the manufacturer but absolutely nothing worked. The drier settings kept jumping all over the place. Maybe I had a defective unit. I sent it back. Loved how it dried my curls with no frizz though. I was bummed to send it back. ... show more
