I haven’t had a new hair dryer in about 20 years, so upgrading to this high-speed ionic one has been pretty awesome. I usually air dry my fine, 2a-c curls, but sometimes I want more volume or need to dry my hair quickly, so I need a dependable hair dryer. I had a bit of a learning curve at first because the airstream is much more powerful than my old dryer. However, once I figured out which settings I needed for my curls (lowest speed, highest heat), I was happy with the results. I used the diffuser attachment and my hair went from towel dried to bouncy curls with lots of volume in less than five minutes. I noticed that even the highest heat setting didn't get as burning hot as my old dryer and I think that's a benefit to my hair. The dryer is sleek and easy to handle and use. It's a little heavier than my old dryer, but still comfortable to hold. The cord is long and thick, and even though it doesn't really swivel like my old dryer, it's more than flexible and maneuverable enough to reach where I needed. It has three air speed settings, three heat settings, and a cool shot button. The on/off switch is a slider style. All the buttons are plastic as is the body of the dryer. There's a filter with slide off cover at the bottom of the handle (though no instructions for how to clean it). It’s not terribly loud for how powerful it is. It comes with two magnetic attachments, including a diffuser which is necessary for drying my curls. The magnets are awesome for quick swaps, though I did find that the attachments can get knocked off if you aren't careful while styling. Even though this isn't a high end, branded luxury hair dryer, this was a serious upgrade for me. I think it's a good value for the upgraded technology, design, and power.

It has strong airflow, yet surprisingly little vibration, though some operational noise is to be expected! This negative ion high-speed hair dryer is much more stylish than my old one. It only has two buttons for three heat and three speed settings, with clear indicator lights for cool and heat settings as well as speed levels, making everything easy to see at a glance. My wife likes using it on the second heat setting. It doesn’t burn her scalp at all and leaves her hair voluminous and frizz-free. It comes with two magnetic attachments: a concentrator nozzle and a diffuser. We actually use the dryer without attachments most of the time, but the magnets are strong enough that the attachments won’t fall off even while moving it around. 😏Our hands don’t get tired even holding it for 15 minutes because it’s really lightweight!

I travel frequently, and the hair dryers in hotels are often not powerful enough for my needs. Since I have thick hair, I was looking for something that is both lightweight and strong. This hair dryer meets those needs well. It is not heavy and fits easily into my bag, which makes it convenient to bring along on trips. The airflow is strong and helps dry my hair quickly, saving time when I am getting ready. I have been using it for about a month now, and it has been working reliably. It also feels gentle on my hair and does not cause noticeable damage with regular use.

I’ve used a lot of hair dryers over the years, but this one really stands out in everyday use. The airflow feels incredibly strong, and it dries hair much faster than what I was used to. What I noticed right away was how smooth my hair looked afterward. The ionic technology seems to help keep frizz under control while leaving hair feeling soft and shiny instead of dry or rough. It’s also easy to adjust the heat and airflow, so I can switch things up depending on whether I’m doing a quick dry or a more styled look. Another thing I really appreciate is how lightweight and quiet it is. It feels comfortable to hold, even during longer styling sessions, and the noise level is much lower than most dryers I’ve tried. This hair dryer arrived securely packaged with foam inside the box, which was more than I expected. It's made of plastic and is pretty lightweight. I didn't realize that "magnetic diffuser" meant that the diffuser and the other nozzle attach to the front with magnets! That's a new one for me. They snap on & off easily but stay secure while you're using the hair dryer. The hair dryer is quieter than my old one, but also has an odd higher-pitched electrical whine to it. It blows hot air immediately upon start up and the controls are easy to use and understand. I like it because it's so small that it takes up a lot less space & is easier to store than my old one. I'm just not sure how long it's actually going to last, given the sound of the motor (but I could be completely wrong about that).
