I would absolutely recommend this hair dryer! Coming from a dryer that was about 15 years old, I can definitely see the benefit of upgrading. With 3 temperature settings, I can dry my hair on the medium setting which significantly reduces frizz (hilariously, making my hair very flat now!). The description claims this is "5x faster than traditional hairdryer. It takes only 2-5 minutes to dry hair." I timed hair drying on my old dryer and this new one and they are 15 seconds different: about 9 minutes for my shoulder-length, thick hair. It also claims to be "Low Noise," but because the hair dryer is smaller, it's much closer to your head and ears, leading it to sound just as loud (if not louder) than my old one. It is lightweight, and the magnetic attachments do stay on well. I would consider the cord very short, it barely makes it from the plug across my sink to my hand. All this being said, I would totally purchase again. Even my hairstylist noticed how much healthier my hair is since I don't need the high heat setting to dry every day. ... show more

I just purchased this last night and picked it up today because I could not wait to use it. I really like this dryer! It's professional grade for sure. I was afraid the hot temperature would be too high because I'm used to only drying my hair on high heat, and it was not. I used the nozzle attachment which I usually don't use, but since I use a round brush to style my hair and was feeling like a hair stylist with this dryer, I decided to try it. It did not disappoint. Other reviews said they dried their hair in minutes. I have a lot of hair and like I stated I style it with a round brush, so it did not take a few minutes, but it definitely cut my drying time in half. I am so happy with my purchase. The only negative thing I found about this dryer (and it's more like a suggestion to the manufacturer), I wish the on/off button was a push button instead of a slider button. It would be easier and would cut down on my styling time. Other than that, I love it! ... show more

This is the second hair dryer by this manufacturer that I have purchase. I love it!!!! It is hands down the best hair dryer I have ever used. My favorite features are: >smart temperature control—does not allow the air to reach temperatures that damage hair—this is a game changer as I bleach my hair regularly, and this feature keeps my hair looking healthy reducing or preventing split ends and further cuticle damage. >negative ions—build a protective shield lessen the damage to my hair that can be caused by environmental radicals and hair products—my hair looks healthier than is has for several years! >amazing air flow—this hair dryer blows an intense amount of air cutting dry time by at least half for me—the most powerful I have ever experienced! >the best diffuser—I love the diffuser that is included! Rather than just cupping your hair, the long picks extend further past the circumference allowing me to actually pick up my hair without using my other hand AND when I want extra curl I move the diffuser in a circular motion which twists my hair resulting in the best bouncy curls. I purchased this second hair dryer as a gift for a friend who badly wanted one of her own after I let her try mine. I definitely recommend this product and I think it is fairly priced! ... show more

I returned the Dyson hairdryer to buy this…. My aunt told me she recently bought this and I had recently bought the Dyson. I returned the Dyson to Ulta and purchased this instead. It’s small and compact but yet the perfect size. Literally so perfect. I love that this isn’t considered “travel size” where it would potentially lack power. It’s just perfect on size. Not too big not too small. It’s very lightweight. Love the controls and set up. Whoever designed this hairdryer really did do a good job on it. The color that’s displayed on the back of it for the heat setting temp is super cute. The cool setting really is “cool” feeling. Very fresh and airy if your into cool shot mode. I love that you can hold down the temperature setting and it will rotate between all 3 temperatures so you’re getting a mix that won’t burn and cook your hair. For under $100 this hair dryer is the real deal. Glad I purchased it and returned the Dyson. Don’t get me wrong the Dyson is worth it in ways and the attachments are great and all I just didn’t want to spend a little over $400 on a hairdryer after all when this is just as good in ways. The one and only complaint I have is the cord should be a little longer. It’s definitely on the “shorter” side which can be good but can also be bad if you really do need a little extra cord length. The box on the cord and the cord plug in part has a “cheap feel” to it which doesn’t bother me. It works and that’s all I care about! ... show more
