Okay, first off it is indeed beautifully packaged. I used it immediately after delivery. I was looking forward to a tool that could help me get the curls I love, without the hair damage issue. I can confirm that it does indeed create the most beautiful curls I’ve Ever had, and I’m a lifelong curling iron addict. However, the curls don’t seem to hold. It’s been a couple of days and I’m struggling to find a product to help me keep the curls. I’m totally in Love with the irons and the dryer, so I’m determined to find something other than a level 5 helmet hairspray to make the curls last. * FYI I have fine, thin hair that curls easily. I’d recommend the product, but maybe keep the box for a few days just in case…

Works beautifully! My hair hasn't looked better. Super easy to use once you get the hang of it. My only complaint (and I think I saw others say this) that for the round/oval brush attachment, there is a small gap from where the brush attaches to the base, and it's super easy for hair to get caught and yanked (ouch). Using smaller sections of hair helps! I'm very pleased and I would definitely recommend this product to someone looking for an air wrap tool without spending as much as what the name brand costs.

I HAD TO REPLACE IT AND THE REPLACEMENT DOES NOT WORK EITHER. DO NOT GET IT- I liked it at first however it stopped heating after a few days. It would be on the red color setting and no heat would come out. Absolutely disappointing. I replaced it once and the second one just stopped working around the same amount of usage time as the first. Do not get this- spend a couple more bucks on something that’s better worth your buck.
