I bought this product only 32 days ago (can't return to amazon) and used it about 3 times. Today I turned it on to make ice but the full light was always on even though there was no ice in the tray (see picture attached). The ice cover does not keep the temperature inside the machine cold so the ice just keeps melting and remaking, creating a repetitive cycle. Not even sure where I can find the 90-day warranty to get this machine fixed or replaced. Changed to three stars after contacting the seller. It’s a pretty good product. The ice will get packed up and start to melt and It won’t make it very much ice that fast, but beyond that it’s pretty good.

    • Excellent portable ice maker!
Very easy to use and I love that it's easy to drain and self-clean!! We keep it in our bedroom en-suite bathroom in the summer to make drinks with ice so we don't have to go downstairs, possibly making noise and disturbing our roommate who get up very early. Highly recommend!
