Sometimes I have a hard time believing items on Amazon when they have less than a hundred reviews. But I took a gamble and it paid off. This couch is absolutely AMAZING! It comes in a zippered bag absolutely machine stuffed for it to be as small as possible shipping. Still a pretty decent size and heavy box. Once you open it and carefully cut the plastic that vacuum sealed it, it takes just a few minutes max to take form. My gf and are simply blown away. It's incredibly well made. Stitching is flawless and strong. The velvet is insanely soft and luxurious feeling. And whatever the foam is really is incredibly supportive, strong and durable but still remarkably soft. I love that you can move the pieces to easily make different configurations. I don't think I could "dream up" a better product like this. It's absolutely perfect for what I was looking for and I cannot stress more how high quality it is and how remarkably soft, supportive, and luxurious it feels and is. If you're on the fence, get it. I tried contacting the seller but their website is terrible. I tried submitting a message through their system and it just keeps spinning…not message sent? This sofa was over 100 pounds sucked up into a tiny ball and when you open it, it will expand…vacuum packaged. Soooo it’s been well over 48 hours and there’s parts of the sofa that just won’t expand. So I have this lopsided sofa. I want to exchange it but how do I return a sofa with a small car? ... show more

I have had the couch for a whole week now. The only thing I’ll say that’s ‘negative’ is it’s more supportive against a wall & also if you have slick floors get a rug to go under it. It’s so cute and super soft. the pillows are large and two baby pillows which had no purpose so I gave the to my 4 year old granddaughter! lol Other than that no problem with shipping and you can’t beat the price.
