  • TIGHT WOVEN FABRIC: Our canvas tarp is made from loomstate heavy duty 18 oz/ 37 Mil numbered duck fabric which is Grade "A" Premium Double Filled or "Plied Yarn" of industrial-grade which creates a tighter weave construction and smoother texture than single fill cotton ducks. The tight dense weave makes the tarp stiffer and more durable for outdoor applications. The waxed-treated tarp makes them waterproof.
  • HEAVY DUTY TARP: Our four-season premium quality canvas tarps are sturdily designed and constructed to perform in all weather conditions. The cotton canvas tarps will not self-destruct and rot away as all seams and hems are double stitched with heavy duty, rot-resistant thread and are going to last a long time. The tarp prevents water to seep in, evaporates moisture prevents Rot/Rust on objects, keeps your valuables dry, and allows a little airflow for drying out the dampness and humidity.
  • MULTIPLE SIZES TARP: Our Tarps come in several sizes: 6x8 7x9 8x10 10x12 12x16 16x20 20x20 and more. We use stainless steel rustproof grommets spaced approximately 2.5-3 feet apart all around and in each corner allowing the tarps to be tied down and secured in a robust manner no matter how big a size. Tarps are reinforced with extremely durable patches at every grommet placement and corners using poly-vinyl triangles for greater durability.
  • MULTI-FUNCTIONAL FEATURES: There are polypropylene loops on every grommet to insert rope for All-Round Tensioning, also, for quick easy tie-down. These loops reduce wear on tarp, will prevent grommet pull-out due to high winds or extreme strapping conditions and extend the life of your tarp. Also, there is reflective tape at corners that will provide a high visibility warning, especially during night time that will help mark out potentially dangerous or hazardous areas.

When we bought our house it came with a pergola. Unfortunately, the previous owners took the cover with them. Why? Who knows? I’ve purchased two expensive covers in three years. Each one has not lasted due to the wind and rain in our area. I thought I would give this waterproof tarp a try and it worked! I got two so I would have a good amount of the tarp cover the sides for extra shade. There have been no problems with it moving due to the heavy winds we get. At first I was leaving a 1-Star review because all 5 of my yellow/tan tarps came in with mold on them. They were un-usable and after spending almost $2k on 5 tarps I was very upset. However since that time, after contacting the White Duck store, and submitting some details and photos, they completely surprised me with excellent customer service. They shipped out replacement tarps free of charge quickly and were clearly upset this had happened. I dont know if its a tan tarp thing as I have ordered the olive colored ones in the past without issue. These are not waterproof - they are water resistant. So if allowed to sag, they can collect water which will eventually seep its way through. They are tear resistant, but not tear-proof. If you put these on a sharp corner, it will eventually wear through creating a tear. Overall - I have ordered about 20 of these over the past year for my company to protect equipment stored outside. I have been happy with the quality and while the price seems to keep creeping up, I have tried other options, brands, material and always end up coming back to these. ... show more
