Seems pretty good so far, arrived here quickly and in-tact. The interior of the box seemed a little dirty/warn like maybe it was reused or possibly returned previously. You press F7 to access the bios on boot (was hard to find this information, not included in the manual), and it works well with an eGPU via the USB4 port. I'm getting only about a 25% performance loss vs 30% on TB3. (Passmark 12,000 / 16,000) Note about eGPUs with this machine: Use the HDMI to your monitor to install your eGPU drivers first, then only turn on the eGPU (via USB4) after the system has fully booted -- don't use HDMI and USB4 at the same time, it'll register your eGPU but there is further performance loss.

.... I returned a similar specked unit from a different mfg. The fan ran full blast even though I had every setting on max energy savings. This unit runs the fan at a slow and quiet speed. I was hoping that the fan would kick in only under load. Giving 5 stars because maybe that's how the fan is designed. Just be aware if your sensitive to noise. Unless you are a power user, look into this unit. I am pleased.

So to start with the good: This thing does have lots of connectivity. 5 USB 3 ports, which is more than any other N100 mini PC I ran across. Combine that with the 2.5gb ethernet, and there's nothing else that has both. One unadvertised feature is that this does support UASP, which for me was needed to attach an external disk array and have it work with TrueNAS. So it has a solid feature set. The only thing that some other N100 units have it beat on is memory, with DDR5 instead of DDR4. But that's not major issue for me. Now the problems. There are multiple different drive problems. First is that it comes with a 512gb NVMe drive, and I wanted to transfer TrueNAS off a different NVMe drive onto this one (old drive is 256gb, and is M.2 2242, which doesn't fit). However when I plugged that provided NVMe drive into another system, it was non-functional. PC would recognize a drive was plugged in, but couldn't access anything on it. And I don't mean the PC didn't recognize the content, as in the filesystem, it literally could not access it at all. So because of that I then was just going to use my old drive in it. However as I mentioned, anything other than M.2 2280 wouldn't fit, and I had a 2242. The WiFi card sits underneath, so there is no place for screw holes. There's open space on the motherboard that could have been used, but they decided to stack them instead. I had to buy an extension adapter to get it mounted correctly. The next issue with drives came when I wanted to plug in a SATA drive. I tried multiple 2.5" SATA drives, and it wouldn't boot with any of them plugged in. Just sat at the "BOSGAME" boot logo, and I couldn't even get into the BIOS. Other reviews mentioned snapping the header, but that wasn't an issue for me. The header seem pretty solid. However it is hard to tell which direction to plug it in, and if you tried to force it in backwards, I can see how you might snap it (you do not need a ton of force to push it in correctly).

I'm extremely pleased with this Mini PC. I like this form factor more than my laptop, frankly. Connected it to a slim HD portable gaming monitor, connected a bluetooth dongle and USB hub to it and pretty much everything else besides the monitor that I might want to connect with it connects easily and cordless. Using it for so many things. I do light gaming on it. (you're not playing a Triple A shooter on this, but non-cpu/gpu heavy stuff is fine) I stream music, tv shows and movies via various services/providers. I keep all my e-books including cookbooks on it and have set it and my portable monitor up in the kitchen (away from heat and splatter, of course), as a reference for cooking various recipes I'm unfamiliar with, and have even used it as a go-between for a 2 PC broadcast/streaming solution with an external capture card. It was easy to set up and connect. Used the same Microsoft account and browser account with sync'd data to speed setup even more. If you need more RAM or storage, they DO offer ones with that or better cpus, but this one handles things fine for my needs, it just won't be a multitasking powerhouse, but for it to do what it can for what they're asking for it is great value.
