    • Major assembly required along with know how
The scooter came some what assembled but needed a lot of assembly prior to its first ride. The directions that came with the scooter are very vague and often had directions for a different model of scooter, which made me wonder if I even received the correct manual but considering I bought two the manuals were exactly the same. There was no hardware identification sheet so you had to guess which screws to use and where when it came to assembling. My major concern came to the brake system and the manual gave no instruction how to assemble the brakes onto the scooter, it simply said to just instal the brakes. What it failed to mention was the brake system needs to be bleed before assembling. There is no fluid provided as well as tools to perform the bleeding of the brakes. Not to mention absolutely no instruction on how to do so and after reaching out for guidance from the seller and receiving no assistance we resulted to researching for ourselves on the internet. This scooter is definitely not a plug and go scooter, it will require a full day of set up and testing; trust me I did this twice already. The lack of instruction for a scooter that can speed up to 35mph is really concerning especially if you can't stop it due to the brakes not working. We literally put it all together and tested it out to only discover the brakes didn't work. So again after reaching out and getting no response from the seller we finally found it ourselves online and did what we thought we were supposed to do. A better instruction book and explaining everything would be helpful is helpful but it was fairly easy to assemble it rides nice it is comfortable Istanbul shipping was a pain in the ass ask during all the process of me tracking it down myself instead of other people that should have they promised me a gift from their head company which I had never received ... show more

    • The lock for the battery compartment is cheap plastic, wouldn't recommend riding on bad roads.
Once it's all said and done. It's a fun way to get around. The anti-theft guards work great. But, the lock for the battery compartment is trash. The plastic lock has broken twice.

We had an issue with the ebike 6 months after purchase. It completely stopped driving. This company really does honour the warranty like they say they do. We contacted them.
