Bought a WARMBLU H18. Unit arrived in well packaged box with no damage. Delivery was quick via Amazon. I bought this for my 18,000 gallons pool so that I could swim sooner and longer. Unit is able to increase water temperature by 1 degree every 2 hrs of running. It comes in 220V with attached cable. I already have a Pentair Pool controller box so wiring was easy after installed a GFCI 20amp circuit breaker following instruction. Running noise was minimal. Plumbing was also easy with a 3 way and 2 way valves and 1-1/2” PVC pipe. Need multi purposes cement due to both ABS connectors and PVC pipe. There was a price reduction after I bought the unit so I contacted WARMBLU customer service and through the customer representative, I was able to get a price reduction within 24hrs.

The media could not be loaded. Seems like a nice heat pump for your pool. It’s pretty straightforward to use. The water has an inlet and outlet section. A hose will take water from the pump and then release it back to the pool after being warmed. This will not filter water but heats it. It’s a solid and heavy feeling unit. Seems pretty sturdy. The design was pretty clear which I liked. It doesn’t seem overly complicated to use.

This pool heat pump has been a fantastic investment for us. It heats quickly, holds the temp steady, and it's been very impressive overall. It brings the water up to temp faster than I expected for a heat pump, and once it’s there, it keeps it consistent. That “steady and reliable” part is really appreciated. My husband handled the instal and said it was easy enough (he’s handy, but still, if a product turns handy people into rage goblins, you’ll know lol). Everything connected up cleanly and it felt like a straightforward setup rather than a multi-day project. It runs surprisingly quietly, which has been a nice surprise and is definitely an upgrade for us. The size is perfect, and controls are simple too; between the panel and app, it’s easy to adjust and monitor with just a few taps. We’ve also been very happy with the efficiency aspect. This feels like a smart long-term buy. Make sure you’re sizing it appropriately (this one is geared toward smaller pools/spas around the 5,000-gallon range) and that your flow/power setup matches what it needs. Overall, it's fast heating with a steady performance, quiet operation, and an install that didn’t ruin anyone’s weekend. Definitely recommend!

I received this unit back in January. Since it requires a 220V power connection, I hired an electrician to install it. On Saturday, the pool water temperature was only 48°F, and by Monday morning, it had risen to 76°F — and this was achieved with an average outdoor temperature of just 53°F. It took a little while, but the unit ran perfectly. My main goal was simply to heat the pool to a temperature where I could comfortably get in and clean it, so I can start using my pool as early as possible in the summer. The Warmblu 18,000 BTU pool heat pump is by far the best piece of equipment I've ever used. I've tried three other brands before this, and the noise was so loud you could barely have a conversation in the pool — it was unbearable. But this unit? It's whisper-quiet. You barely even notice it's running, and for that alone, it's already worth every penny. I also have to give a shout-out to Warmblu's technical support team. They were incredibly patient and helped me work through a minor issue I had at the beginning. I honestly can't wait for this spring and summer — we're looking at a solid five-month pool season ahead of us! This has truly been my best investment.
