    • Hard to open.
I bought this because it hurt my shoulder to open up my other clam shell. But this is tough to close as well. It’s brand new so maybe after a few issues it’ll be easier. I had requested the yellow one and still got blue one.

When my heat press arrived. It was Bent on top. The top plate is wobbly. And then automatic open, Stop working. Big Regret.

    • STEER CLEAR OF THIS PRESS!
This heat press is shipped from China, not California. I received it and the temp would not get up to 400. I contacted the seller and had to download the WhatsApp in order to communicate with the seller IN CHINA!!! They kept trying to tell me that it was the settings. This went on for almost a month before they decided to send me a new heat plate FROM CHINA. When I received the heat plate, there we ZERO instructions!!! Thankfully my husband was able to change it out and now it works but I lost a lot of sublimation orders and money due to not being able to use the heat press for over a month. If I wouldn’t have figured they would have made me pay shipping to mail it back (weighing 75 pounds) I would have definitely returned this heat press! ... show more
