I love this chandelier in the pictures and I choose it over several other options however we have spent numerous hours trying to get this fixture to hang straight….if the cage part of the fixture hangs straight than the bar with the lights does not! I read another review where a guy stated the same problem….he believed that the bar that holds the lights was higher on one end than it was on the other. This causes it to look crooked! There are ways to seemingly adjust this problem but it does not correct the imbalance between the two separate pieces to the fixture!! Guessing it was manufactured wrong! Need help!! ... show more

    • Solid fixture that works well

This fixture is very high quality and was fairly easy to install. I just installed another similar fixture from another manufacturer and had to bend chain links to connect the chain to the supports, which was tough to do without scratching the link. This fixture has chain links with a portion that screws together so it is much easier. I still had to shorten the chain, but that is easier than bending a link back into shape to use it as a support. I liked having chain all the way from the top of the fixture to the ceiling. Others have a length of pipe above the fixture that limits how close the fixture can be to the ceiling. In our situation that would have placed the fixture too low. My only minor complaint is that some of the pipes holding up the light sockets are not totally vertical. ... show more

After reading the reviews it seemed like a few people had an issue with getting the two pieces to sit level. I went ahead anyway with the purchase but found out I had the same issue. There are two main pieces; the surrounding frame and then the center bulb holder. The bulb holder is level, top of the frame is level but the way the “cage” is manufactured leaves the assembly looking totally off. There is nothing that can be done to correct this. Now I can’t return it after I cut the cords to length and have a few hours in assembling, hanging and wiring. A lot of money for a poorly manufactured piece. Very disappointing. ... show more

The light was easy to install and it’s very pretty however the candle holders were all bent and we had to straighten them out. The bottom bar on the one side is curved and not strait as it should be.
