I have been using this Gyroor (new 13) hoverboard for little over a year along with my kid . We have enjoyed a lot so far in to the year . However it stopped working after about a year and 2 months due to battery life. I have contacted after purchase product support . They were prompt in responding my query , ask proper questions and genuinely tried to help me and even offered me complimentary battery replacement which I’m planning to do at home once they ship it . We ordered this hoverboard for our son on black friday and gifted it to him in February for his birthday. He loved it, smooth gliding, loves playing with the attachment we got that turns it into more of a go-cart. However, a couple of months later, the battery stopped charging and he couldn't operate it. I saw the battery had a 6-month warranty on it, and was a little out of the window by the time I got to reaching out to the company's customer service . They determined it was a faulty battery and offered to send a replacement. Thankful this was presented as an option, especially as the defect was discovered within the 6-month window, I just hadn't reached out to customer service within the battery warrenty window. This was a great purchase. It was ready to go after charging. It balanced great and was very easy for my new rider to learn and use. After a few weeks and being comfortable she zips around everywhere in it. I’m surprised how it stays in alignment and easy to ride.
