Horrible. First, it’s NOT compatible with Cricket even though Cricket is listed in the ad. I inserted my SIM card and got a text from Cricket that they were placing a hold on my account and that I have to pay a reactivation fee. So awesome – more money. This phone is so incredibly slow – it takes forever to process any requests. I thought perhaps the WiFi was the issue until I connected my 20 year old phone which worked much better than this phone. The power button in the middle of the phone (on the side) is probably the worst possible place – and the button is loose. I keep turning the phone off by accident. I can’t download Amazon or my bank app – I get an error saying the phone isn’t compatible. I tried to use Google (which is the phones default app) and immediately get a notification that the browser is out of date. So I click to update. It updates. I go back to Google and get the same error. Restarted the phone and nothing. This is the only phone that didn’t guide step-by-step on set-up. I found the manual but when I click on it I just end up on the Google homepage which I can’t use (see paragraph above). I have reset to factory 3 times and still can’t get this thing to work properly. I’m done. And It didn’t come with the OTG adapter as advertised which is the least of my issues. ... show more

The phone itself is cute. I just couldn't download any of the apps I use for work and daily basis. Luckily tiktok came already on the phone. Camera quality is horrible and look cheap. Same day delivered I sent it right back same day.
