Compared with our Gyroor Warrior 8.5 inch All Terrain which is more than twice as expensive, this new Gyroor G13 is much fancier (kids love the cool LED lights) but lightly-weighted (plastic fence) with less power. My 7-yr-old can carry it in and out easily. It’s very easy to ride and control. With very little experience, I (140 lbs) can hop on and ride it very smoothly on the drive-way. On the grass, it carries my 40-lbs son pretty well but has some hard time carrying my 70-lbs son. The bluetooth speaker is easy to connect and has awesome sound quality. The media could not be loaded. I purchased all-terrain hover board for my grandson. I researched a lot of different hoverboards, and this one had all the bells and whistles. This board is well-built and charges quickly. There are great lighting effects on this hover board with many bright colors. And what really sold me on this hover board is the Bluetooth feature so you can listen to music while you ride. My grandson lives in the country were there is lots of grass and dirt, and this board will be a perfect fit as it was built for on and off road riding. I definitely recommend this product and I will be purchasing one for my granddaughter for her birthday as well. ... show more

Bluetooth pairing and sound is excellent! Has slower mode for beginners which is perfect for kids. Quality is superb! Wheels are great! Battery was surprisingly long lasting and I love the cover that protects the charging port! Hours of fun with your favorite music or even podcasts!

This company has 4 communication methods: Chat, Phone, Web and E-mail. I used all 4 with poor or no communication. Chat worked with very slow interaction. The charger of this unit did not appear to work out of the box because the red light was not visible. I sent a picture via chat as well as my order number. The rep confirmed it was an issue and promised to send a replacement which I never received. The representative also confirmed that Gyroor was using the XM app to communicate with the G13 Hoverboard. This apparently was a lie because there is no APP that can communicate with the Hoverboard, so there is no way to change any settings or do any kind of troubleshooting. The unit I received was constantly beeping at low and higher speeds plus it only goes on flat surfaces and do not expect this unit to go "off-roading". I never got an answer to my inquiry about the constant beeping. Beeping only stopped when it was stationary. Recalibration did not help at all, and the battery was charged. The lights on this unit are nice and the Bluetooth also connected ok, although the functional use is questionable. I suppose that all depends on personal preference. I also called their phone number multiple times and never got through. No one answers and apparently other folks have had the same experience. The communication via web was not answered either. Finally, the email that I sent was answered with Chinese characters in the email header with the request to send a picture of the order plus a video of the issues I encountered. I already had sent them all that info so these are, in my opinion, all delay tactics. Hopefully other people have better luck with this. I will try a different brand. ... show more
