I bought my Gyroor scooter back in September 2025. So I've had it for about 3 months. I ride it back and forth to work normally 6 days a week and I work a split shift. It's about 3 miles round trip twice each day. Total 6 miles a day. Plus I use it to get to the store or anywhere around town. I absolutely love my scooter. It runs soo well. It's gets up to 16 mph and around 15 miles per full charge and that's in the highest speed setting. I've rode in rain. No problems at all. I was very skeptical when looking for a scooter. I had recently lost my vehicle and needed a way back and forth to work. This scooter saves me everyday. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a scooter. It folds easily, fits in the trunk of my car, and makes traveling between buildings quick and simple. The build quality feels solid, and you can tell it’s durable when riding. The scooter reaches about 20 mph, and the battery lasts long enough for multiple trips before recharging. The removable basket is very useful—I use it for carrying my backpack during the week, and on weekends I take my dog for rides. She enjoys sitting in the basket while we cruise through the park. This was quite honestly the only thing I've ever regretted purchasing off of Amazon. Non usable out of the box after assembly. I believe I was able to ride it for a total of 6 minutes, so can't give you a complete review. Assembly was pretty simple, all tools provided. Be very careful when it comes to lining up the handlebar and front wheel, be watchful for the 🏹 ' 🏹 Both front and back tires were flat upon arrival, so I took it upon myself to then purchase a USB air pump off Amazon. Next day, Inflated the tires to the recommended 36psi, then proceeded to charge it overnight. So here we are day of launch, it's a bit strange first starting out on such a thin scooter while sitting down. Nonetheless I persevere, the scooter had a bit of a front shudder, which obviously is due to front misalignment. Got home, parked. Shut down, garage, next day back tire flat. I didn't expect much, but for 400.00 certainly didn't expect to spend more time assembling VS actually riding. Customer service was there right away for first email, after that no response. I'm currently 7 days away from my warranty expiring. Please do not waste your time....

It easily fits into the trunk of the car. I usually leave my car outside the institute grounds, and then I ride only the scooter on campus. It is very convenient and quick to get from one building to another. Before buying, I specifically studied reviews about companies that produce electric scooters. Gyroor has been on the market for a long time, and many people note the reliability of their products. That is why I chose this brand. The scooter is well made, you can feel the good build quality — when you ride, you can tell it is solid and reliable. It reaches about 20 mph, and the battery lasts for a long time. In addition, there is a removable basket that I almost never take off. On weekdays I put my backpack with textbooks in it when riding around the institute, and on weekends I take the scooter to the park and ride together with my dog. She loves sitting in the basket and feeling the wind. And I am sure this scooter will last for many years.

I like it, it runs great, it holds a charge for a decent amount of time. The only thing I don’t like about it is it does not have a key. You just press the button and go. I wish you had a key so not everybody could press the button and go with it.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome scooter. This is the second one we got since we got one and we loved it so much needed another for fun strolls in the neighborhood. One basket is nice for storage and adjustment seat. Goes nice and fast but still feels safe and fun. Charging is easy but holds a really long charge so don't have to plug it in often. This is easy to put together and instructions were clear. It's not too heavy so easy to store and move around. Overall we love our scooter and would recommend to others.

For starters, the bike runs and the color is nice. However, I’ve had to replace the seat because it was killing my back. Add additional front and back lights. The power drains fast when it’s colder than 60 degrees outside. Replaced the front and back tires within the first week I got it(see pics). Customer service did not believe me that both tires got flat and sent me a “prove it by sending us a video with the air coming out of the inter-tube in soapy water email” I’m serious! I guess the flat time pictures were not enough for them. So I pretty much rebuilt the bike and now it’s fine. It’s true what they say, if buy cheap you buy twice.
