I rescued a puppy with LOTS of energy. My knees can no longer support the running this pup needed- so I paired this scooter with a bike dog leash system - and now - a full month in- both my dog and myself love this scooter! I partnered this scooter with the IPetba Dog Bike Leash Attachment -Hands Free Dog Bicycle Leash. He already knew how to heal on a leash. Starting out slow- walking the e scooter - while my pup was attached to the bike leash - my dog learned how to walk/run next to scooter - next up was slow - short straight runs with the Scooter- going very slowly. I had to practice riding the Scooter slow - harder than fast. I made sure not to over stress/run my puppy - but did allow him to run short distances - full out. I also made sure to stop 5 mins into our ride for him to sniff some grass for potty break. I added a long bike flag for visibility. Next up - I added a thin board "bottom" piece of wood, for the dog basket- and made a foam pillow to fit bottom of the basket. Next up - I used extra "carpet, no slip" padding to solidify and pad the sides of the dog basket- and zip tied the carpet padding to the basket bars/sides. I detached the basket - and in my Living room- trained Cooper to jump in and "stay" in the basket over 5 days until he was a pro. Cooper is 21" at the shoulder and 28 lbs. NOW - every morning and evening we go out - he "trots" along with the scooter -on the bike leash. We go around 4 mph- for 10 -15 mins or until he is panting - then...He jumps in the basket and off we go for a ride - where he leans forward and loves to "rest" and have the wind in his face. We definitely get smiles from passerby's. Scooter works great - never left "eco" mode -and runs great. Took me a while to master driving "slowly" for Cooper- but I love it. Be mindful that even with me and Cooper - we are not more that 200lbs. Work with your dog- make sure he/she doesn't pull you over, chase other dogs, or runs in traffic. We go on the sidewalk until we see pedestrians- and yield to them. Very happy - thinking of getting larger model of this Scooter to set up my bigger dog- 69 lbs- he's 12- and would more enjoy the ride outside - have to train my husband to ride the Scooter with the big boy- I'll post if I figure it out - have to think how he'd fit in the basket :) Enjoy!

This was my first electric scooter to purchase, and it has been so much fun! It was easy to assemble, very responsive customer service, and runs great. It’s easy to fold up and put in the back of an suv, and I get around great on it! Definitely a great purchase!

This scooter/bike is fantastic. It's sturdy, assembly was pretty easy and I can't even build Legos! It came charged and tires full. I was so pleased and remained pleased. The battery life is fantastic lasting all day. My only issue was I underestimated its power. I let my 9yo son take it out. He did well but he fell. Unfortunately breaking his hand and thumb in 4 places. I received it on a Wednesday and my son got his cast the following Wednesday. I strongly recommend a real helmet. Not saying it isn't for younger people just be careful and respect 18.5mph. That Spiderman helmet shattered but it worked. Overall it is awesome, our carelessness caused Injuries. We can't wait for the cast off so we can go back to riding it. It's perfect for adults and teens. It's a bit heavy for tweens and kids.

Pretty fun affordable little electric scooter. Mainly use it around campground sites going to and from. But if your looking for something for the kids it also would be great it's not dangerously fast. It does what I need to to do.

We were very excited to get this scooter. We followed the instructions from the video. We got to the end of the video, where it tells you to test the tires, to make sure there’s no rubbing happening with the tires before riding it. The front tire was rubbing to the first scooter. Then I tried calling them, after the first ring they kept hanging up on me. I called more the 29 times. I emailed them first, and it was rejected saying that email doesn’t exist. Lastly I contacted Amazon to try to red flag them for bogus services, Amazon said they don’t do the where she was. She gave me three options. Send it back and get a refund, get some money back $122.43 something like that, or get a brand new one and keep the one I have and do what I want with it. I picked the third option, and it came today with the same problem, but it’s now the back tire rubbing. I have insurance and the warranty is supposed to get this repaired. That was not an option from Amazon, so I don’t know what to expect from that warranty. All I can do is try!

I bought two of these - one for me and one for the lady. They go about 17 mph max and are pretty stable. Battery takes a while to charge (5-6 hours) when it's close to being drained. Tires are decent quality.. while this has the footpegs I like, they are attached to the basket in the middle of the cart. You can't remove the basket and keep the foot pegs. For that reason, 4 stars.

This is my second time purchasing this scooter. My first one was unfortunately stolen but, in talking with customer service, it was a smooth ride in getting a new one. It’s fairly easy to build yourself. The scooter is comfortable to ride on, the battery lasts various hours of use, and the brakes work and are already in tact upon delivery.
