I am starting this again...I have 5 autoimmune diseases...lupus,Sjogren's,fibromyalgia,Raynauds ,and OA. My joint pain right now is through the roof. A while back I was doing so good. Now..not so good and I think it is because I stopped taking these.Then I remembered how VIP gut health is! I have some coming tomorrow... Will update if I am right!

I've spent the past two years searching for the best probiotic for me. I wanted to hate this one becuase it's expensive and the Gundry ads are pretty cheesy...but I've been on it for two months now, and I recently realized digestion has become a non-issue again. I can't stress how huge this is. I don't spend each morning getting up freakishly early and then yelling at my bowels as I run out the door late for work, "Are you kidding me? You had all morning and you want to go again NOW?!" I don't spend each day with roiling, twisting, bloated, gaseous, churning pain in the gut, where it feels like someone affixed a tire inflator you-know-where and inflated to 60 psi. I imagine God is sick of hearing prayers about farting ("Please please please don't let me fart in front of anyone today") because I won an Amazon gift card at work that was enough to cover another month.
