Good for training! It does a short burst of flashes enough to make anyone in a dim or dark room disoriented by ocular adjustment. Aka you get 5-7 seconds of go time before people in a dark room recover.... this will disable night vision users for a few seconds as well.

    • A bit of a struggle, but so far so good
The battery type is very unique (cr123a) and the pin is hard to get through both sides of the top, otherwise it is a great product. the flash is very bright and the plastic is good quality.

    • Decent look but useless in function
It looks “okay”, but if you’re buying it for the functionality it’s complete dog water. The pin comes bent, and is very difficult to thread through four holes…I had to bend the heck out of it to make it straight, and it was still difficult to push through. Add that to the fact it’s BARELY long enough to push through, you can’t bend the end to keep it from accidentally slipping out. Oh, and of course, no batteries included and they’re $12+ for a pair of obscure batteries you’ll never use for anything else. I’ll keep it as overpriced decoration but wouldn’t ever buy this again ... show more

Looks very realistic, the metal piece really ads to realism, plus the plastic part does not look very plasticky either due to nice matte paint job
