It's a huge, comfy chair with good build quality and is pretty straightforward to put together. It does have a few flaws though. Like others have stated, the armrests are too low and wide apart so it's awkward trying to rest your elbows while typing or gaming. I find myself leaning forward a lot because the chair is so deep and tilted back. Lumbar support is good though. It's great for watching movies, reading, listening to music, etc. but for use as an actual office or gaming chair with a lot of keyboard and mouse usage, I'd rather have picked something smaller.

The seller was fantastic! Although my package arrived in poor condition due to the shipping carrier and was missing a part, the seller responded quickly and sent a replacement right away. The chair itself is comfortable and decent overall, especially for the price. The only downside is that the footrest can be a bit tricky to slide back in—it extends easily, but takes some effort to retract. Otherwise, I'm satisfied with the purchase.

The chair is comfortable, easy enough to assemble on your own (might need some help attaching the back of it). However, the pieces that hold the footrest in place are plastic and snap easily. The rest of the chair (besides the cushioning of course) is metal and feels very sturdy. I have a bad back and suffer from regular flare ups which I haven’t experienced with the chair yet. I do adjust my sitting position regularly and if you’re using the footrest I would recommend fully closing it before doing so. I went to readjust my sitting position while using the footrest and the plastic holding it to the chair snapped. I’ve only had the chair for 6 days, and the footrest snapped off just a few hours ago and I’ve had several flare ups from not being able to put my feet up in that time.

They made sure that anyone could put this together!!! The instructions were very simple and it included a QR code that you could scan, which takes you to a step by step instruction video. It took about 20 min to get the chair together. It seems sturdy and the material is very soft. My fiancé is a larger man, so he sat in the chair and gave it a test ride. He stated that it was comfortable and that it didn't feel like it would fall apart with his weight. The levers to adjust height and recline are convenient although I do have to reach a little farther down for the recliner lever. I gave this product 4 stars because I would of liked to be able to adjust the lumbar support area myself other than that, I love it.
