AWESOME CHAIR!!! I was worried a leather chair wouldn’t feel cozy and that I would just feel my legs sticking to it, but it’s really soft and filled with cushy but solid materials. The reclining feature is amazing and it feels comfortable on my back. Also, the footrest is great! I’m 5’6” and it’s a good placement for me to either put my feet on the inside edge of and bring my knees up, or to just lay my legs flat without it feeling like they dangle off in a weird way. And the customer service is awesome. They’re very prompt, and the manual I got offered a very easy sign up for 1.5 year warranty through them directly. AND they’ll send you a new pair of silent wheels (not the ones your chair comes with) if you just email them the proof of purchase they need. Totally free, not even paying for shipping. They responded to my request for the wheels so fast and are going to be emailing me a tracking number once they have it. A++++ experience. Also, the directions are really clear and easy to follow, and the screw parts are all organized in a very satisfying and easy to follow way. Buy this chair!!!

This Chair is not Ikea! It is well-built, and the instructions are precise. All screws come on a cardboard sheet, labeled with each type of screw. Quality workmanship and ease of assembly are huge!

Online designer: I spend 40+ hrs a week in this chair. It is super comfortable. Listen to me! You need a chair with adjustable arm rests, be able to cross you ankles, and rest your head back. This chair has it all plus puffy and comfortable like a recliner. It looks classic and professional and all my coworkers love it too. It’s built well, quiet rollers and doesn’t squeak. The leather or “pleather” is good quality. I can update my review in 6 months.

Honestly this chair was a game changer for me at work. I have chronic illnesses and autoimmune disorders that cause me to have a lot of pain and be uncomfortable, especially when I have to sit longer periods. Every other chair would make my legs go numb, cause back pain, etc. This chair is great bc I can adjust the back throughout the day to different recline levels as needed, same with arm rests. I can pull out the foot rest to give my legs more elevation or even sit cross legged using it. Because I can adjust it so much, it had greatly helped me to be more comfortable on the days I have to do mostly desk work. My boss was fine with me purchasing this to bring in bc they knew I needed something that could accommodate my physical issues. I will never get another style chair, this is honestly the best of you deal with any sort of physical discomfort on a regular basis. Quality is great as well and accommodates a larger frame easily.

8/12/25 Great chair so far! I bought a bigger chair than I need cause I like to get comfy, and blanket additions in the winter time sounds like a great plan. The foot rest is more of just a spot to push my feet against and have my legs up a bit. Basically the upper part of my calves rest on it if my legs are extended. Im 5'11" 180 lbs Will let ya know with any updates here.
