  • Great bike! Minor shipping problems. "sweet bike dude" is very common.
1 week in Great Bike! It's a lot heavier than I thought it was gunna be but it's no problem. I'm using it as my commute to town and it's been great so far! Easy to put together, plenty fast and easy to use. I bought this over a Surron only because it was cheaper, but honestly it doesn't show that it's a cheaper bike, everything is still high quality. The one real complaint I have is that there were one or two small bent metal parts (The license plate mount, and the headlight bracket) but it's not make it or break it for me, and they were pretty minor bends. Over all great product! If you can't afford a Surron or Stark, this is for sure the option for you! A month and a half in. After riding it for a bit I found out about a few things the Head light really likes to change its angle if you go over any bumps. It's easy to re adjust it on the go, it's just a minor inconvenience. The battery indicator on the screen doesn't really know what it's talking about? I live in cold country so i figured battery life would be short, but the batteries have lasted over 60 miles on one charge and 50 of those miles the indicator said the batteries had 10-20% capacity. I only way 150 lbs but if i'm sitting down and I go over a bump the plate holder on the rear rubs against the back tire. An easy fix is to turn the holder upside down to give you more clearance. If you have never ridden an E bike before, the throttle is very responsive! so you have to be kinda careful. If you have it's more mellow than the high end stuff, but it still has zero problem gunning up to 25 mph. If you're looking to wheelie i've found that you have to pull back on the bars really hard because of how heavy the frame is, but it's very doable. Power band for wheelies is about 15-18 mph for my weight and strength on flat ground, I haven't tried up hill or down hill cuz I don't want to die. remarkably this thing takes steep uphills like a beast. a 10% grade will bring you down to 20 mph, but it'll still go. A 15%-20% grade drops you to 10ish mph but again, it just keeps on keeping in! It has no trouble on your standard hiking trails. I wouldn't take it on any mountain biking trails because it can't turn as sharp and is a lot more sluggish than a MTB, but if you're just a little crazier than me it would probably make it. Super enjoyable bike! I get at least one "sweet bike dude" every time I go somewhere on campus. The balance is really good, you can go no hands pretty easy. it's actually quite comfortable as well I had no problems on a 20 mile ride and wasn't sore at all afterwards! ... show more

  • Be Cautious!!
I purchased the bike 7 weeks ago and 3 weeks of that time we have not been able to ride it because we have been working with the company on troubleshooting the problem but no resolution yet. Be cautious purchasing the bike. They expect you to fix the bike when there is a problem.

  • Not as fast as advertized but fast enough to get you where you need to go.
I live near the coast so we have very few hills and this bike only goes 28mph. Once going down a small hill I got it up to 31mph. It doesn't respond quickly like a gas powered dirt bike. The throttle is basically on or off. You can set it to three different speeds , Turbo, Standard, and Eco. Even if you bring the throttle up just a little it just goes full speed. If you back it off it just lets power off completely as if you are coasting. It doesn't have the control of speed you would expect when you go up and down on the throttle. It rides nice and handles the bumps well, but isn't powerful enough to even need knobby tires. Next time I'll get smooth tires for a bike like this. For the seller to give me my free gift "The bike is fun and fast BUT, it only goes 25mph (website claimed 37mph) and the throttle is not variable. There are three speed settings but the throttle is either on, or off, there is no speed control with the throttle. When you engage throttle bike speeds up. if disengage throttle then you are coasting, if you reengage it takes several seconds before the motor reengages and goes back to full speed. I gave 4 stars because it is a great bike to start out with but I will buy a better, much faster bike in the future." ... show more

  • Gt73
Mi hijo de 12 años súper contento, al principio tuvimos un problema con un error que mostraba pero luego se borró y todo perfecto. Sólo tener en cuenta la altura del asiento

  • Worth every penny
I plan on testing it out for the first time definitely worth the money and so anyone wants to know it’s easier to put the newer shock absorber on with the bike upside down but all in all everything works my speed limiter was already off when I got the bike the frame is solid the bike definitely has weight little advice if ur short make sure your feet touch the ground ... show more

  • Do not buy this bike
The media could not be loaded. Horrible product and customer service from this buyer was terrible. It broke after using it twice to the point of it being beyond repair. The part liquidated within the motor.

  • Top speed is really only 33 mph for a grown man
Not a bad bike at all.
