  • Dishonest Listing
This item does not have 2400 watts as listed. It’s the same as the Kukirin G4 which comes out of the factory with a single 2000 watt rear motor. Teewing is falsely advertising this product.

  • EASILY the best value scooter under $1000. Nothing else is close. Actual 43mph top speed!
Best value for any scooter under $1000, nothing else is even close. I had a Kaabo Mantis Pro SE that was $1899 and it was great, but the GT4 performs equal to it AT LITERALLY HALF THE PRICE! Mantis Pro SE was 40mph, 26mi range @ 20mph, GT4 is 43mph, 28mi range @25mph. These are my actual real world specs that I got from riding every day, not the fake company specs that can only be achieved in a lab under unrealistic perfect conditions. Both have full suspension, both accelerate quite fast even though this one is single motor, and GT4 has a better display+headlight+lock+stem strength. Mantis suspension was better but GT4 isn't bad, just not quite as good. Mantis is about 10lbs lighter, but GT4 is stronger with beefier components, especially the stronger stem and stem latch design. Since the GT4 is a single motor yet accelerates like a dual motor scooter, it makes it cheaper to fix and less complex so there are fewer parts that can fail. I was told by Teewing directly that the BMS doesn't support charging faster than the stock 3A charger that it comes with so I can't buy/use a higher amperage charger with the GT4 which doesn't bother me, but if you sometimes need to fast charge then this won't work for you. The mechanical disc brakes aren't as good/solid as the Mantis' hydraulic disc brakes but these still stop fine with minimal cable stretch so they work well enough. The brake levers are really far away from the grips an this can't be adjusted so you have to be 6ft tall or have larger-than-normal hands to use the brakes comfortably, and this is the only big negative thing I've found after 3 months of riding the GT4. Overall the few minor negatives that the GT4 has don't come close to outweighing the positive huge price difference between this and anything else with similar specs so I'm 100% happy with my "upgrade?/downgrade?" from the Mantis Pro SE! Teewing is proving to be like Vizio, where no one heard of them at first, but their products were really cheap compared to all the competition so after a few years of people trying/owning them they turned out to be a great deal because they were so inexpensive yet their products worked just about as well as the competition and were actually reliable. UPDATE 09/29/25 (odometer is at 986 miles) I forgot that the stock charger gets EXTREMELY HOT so I ordered a charger with the same specs which is a 67.2V 3A charger except I got it from theAliExpress with a built-in fan with same common plug to replace the stock charger. It only cost me $14 so I got 2, one to leave at my house and one to leave at my girlfriend's house since I ride w/her a lot. The zero-start sometimes randomly turns itself off if I am at a stoplight if I push the scooter forward a bit before touching the throttle to start going which is very annoying. I just have to hold down the very righthand SET button on the display for about 3 seconds to re-engage zero-start so if Teewing can program that feature to NOT turn itself off without a dedicated button selection that would be great because I've had to re-engage it at least 20 times before I figured out that the reason it was turning off was me rolling forward a foot or so before pressing the throttle each time I wanted to start moving again. I have since learned to never start rolling forward from a stop, and instead always use the throttle only to start moving. The scooter works great at almost 1000mi on the odometer but I had to apply blue LocTite to all the bolts and especially the single 8mm front swingarm stem bolt just above the front tire because it started coming loose around the 300 mile mark but I didn't realize that was the cause until I removed and re-tightened ALL the bolts over the entire scooter around the 600mi mark. The stem started to have a little freeplay where the bars/stem could wobble forward/backward about 1/4" at the handlebars and I thought it was the stem bearings wearing out but it turned out to just be that loose stem bolt which was easily fixed in 2 minutes by removing it, applying some blue LocTite, then re-installing it. I've gone close to 400 more since then and it hasn't come loose, and neither has any other screw on the entire scooter since I applied LocTite to literally every bolt just in case. The deck screws were also a little loose when I did my servicing of it at the 600 mile mark. This is still easily the best sub $1000 scooter you can get by a large margin, you should just apply LocTite to the swingarm/stem bolt as soon as you get it, as well as ALL bolts to prevent them from vibrating loose over time like some of mine did. Other than that, it is a great scooter that I commute with almost every day and I'm buying a second one as a backup because it is so cheap and I'm 99% happy with everything about it. ... show more

  • 4-Star Review: Teewing GT4 Electric Scooter – Impressive Speed & Range, Some Trade-offs
What I Love: • Powerful Performance: The 2,400 W peak (1,500 W nominal) motor really delivers — I hit some serious speed (up to ~40 mph in real-world riding), and the acceleration is strong, especially when starting from a stop. • Excellent Range: On a full charge, I managed around 35–38 miles in mixed-speed riding, which is very close to Teewing’s claim of 43.5 miles if you ride conservatively. • Comfortable Ride: The front and rear suspension make a noticeable difference over bumpy roads. Coupled with the 11″ pneumatic tires, it’s surprisingly smooth for a scooter of this power. • Braking Power: Dual mechanical disc brakes feel solid and give me confidence when decelerating — even from higher speeds. • Great Value: For under $1,000, this scooter offers a kind of performance that is normally reserved for more expensive dual-motor models. The touchscreen display is a nice bonus, letting me toggle modes and check battery level easily. What Could Be Better: • Heavy & Bulky: At over 80 lbs, the scooter is hard to carry or lift. Folding it is okay, but transporting it when not riding is a workout. • Charging Time: The stock 3A charger is slow. It takes quite a while to top up that large 60 V battery, so plan accordingly. • Water Resistance: It’s only rated IPX4, so I avoid using it in heavy rain. I wish it were more waterproof. • Spec Marketing: While the “2,400 W” motor sounds very powerful, users say that the continuous power is lower — more like 1,500 W. That’s not a deal-breaker for me, but worth noting. • Fixed Handlebar Height: The handlebars don’t adjust in height, which means very tall or short riders might not get the most ergonomic fit. Bottom Line: If you want a fast, long-range electric scooter that offers real performance for the money, the Teewing GT4 is a fantastic pick. It’s not perfect — especially because of its weight, charging speed, and water resistance — but for the price, it’s one of the best performance scooters I’ve ridden. A solid 4 out of 5 stars in my book. ... show more

  • don't get hit by a car
alright here's my thoughts, it's a very good scooter, really fast for the price when I got it. it's heavy, its metal, weigh like 30 to 40 pounds ornimmjust weak. Handles well, I never had a problem with it. had it since October. it's March. just don't get hit by a car and your scooter won't get messed up. other than that it's pretty decent. ... show more

  • La verdad
Es un scooter muy hermoso y rápido las llantas son de muy buen tamaño el único detalle es que muy difícilmente llega a las 43 mph se mantiene entre 36 y 39 tienes que estar de bajada para llegar a 43 o 45 mph.
