Neapolitan Pizza Obsessed

I am very impressed with the quality of these pizza proofing boxes. These pizza proofing boxes seem very sturdy and highly durable. These are not flimsy at all or made of any thin plastic. I can usually fit 6 to 8 pizza dough balls in each of these boxes. This is made of a thicker plastic material and it seems very durable. I love that these are stackable and fit easily in my fridge. I’ve been obsessed with perfecting my Neapolitan style pizza recipe, and these were the perfect addition to my process. If you’re looking for the perfect Neapolitan style pizza dough recipe, go to mypizzacorner.com this man is a genius. I have used many other recipes, but this one comes out perfect every time. Just a heads up, I thought that these snapped shut but the lids just sit on top. This may be a dealbreaker for some people but as long as you’re aware, it’s not a big deal. I love that I can use these boxes instead of a ton of little containers for the proofing process. It makes clean up a whole lot easier. These are very easy to clean. If you love pizza and making your own dough, these are the only boxes to buy. I have recommended them to numerous family and friends. 10/10

Not airtight, but works great

It's not airtight. The lid doesn't "snap" on like Tupperware, but it works really well. In reality proofing pizza dough doesn't need an air tight environment so don't be fooled. These are great and 1/2 the price of the Ooni model. They stack well and fit in the fridge as well.

Good Quality, But Shallower Than Expected

I purchased the GSM Brands Pizza Dough Proofing Box set (2 trays and 2 covers), and overall, I’m pleased with the quality. The trays are sturdy, stack well, and the covers fit securely. However, they weren’t as deep as I anticipated, which slightly limits their versatility for my needs. I’m currently using them to store and shape croissant trimmings for upcycling into other bakery products, and they’ve been working well for that purpose. That said, given the price point, I expected a bit more capacity. Still, they’re a solid option if you’re looking for commercial-grade proofing trays with a compact footprint.
