Truly commercial grade just smaller. Easy to clean I can clean and lube 2 of them in about 20 minutes. Great for your party or bar. They are heavy duty so yes a bit heavy. I set up my machine but had some questions about best practices. Called the phone number on the machine and was able to speak to someone who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Sent me several how to videos via text link just to make sure that I understand what he explained. I can't recall when I have experienced customer service at this level. And the machine is well built and works great.

Was very impressed with this slushy machine! We love to entertain and so I was so excited to review this product. It came almost fully assembled, you just have to add the drip tray. It also comes with some lubricant and rubber pieces for backup. You do need to get it a few cleaning cycles before using but once it was up and running it was quick and easy!

Easy to set up but we just had to figure out recipes. A simple youtube video to figure it out was the best way. It isnt too bulky on our countertop but we can use it for parties and gatherings!
