  • So many uses for this product.
Size: 12pcs
I’ve tried a few different brands of this type of product and they all seem to be pretty similar to each other. This one works right up with the best of them. I love that it sticks to it self but not to the item you’re applying it to. I find this product to work well in first aid settings to help hold gauze in place without sticking to your skin or pulling hairs when removing. It also works great to wrap around tool handles for added grip, walker handles, etc. This particular sets comes in 2 inch wide black rolls. Great to have on hand. Recommended. ... show more

  • FIRST AID KIT REQUIREMENT
Size: 12pcs
For years I used self adhesive stretch bandages [aka Vet Wrap] on our horses. Now that we've retired from raising/training I use them on my husband. His dermatologist removed several spots on his hand with a laser leaving open sores. The original gauze bandages didn't hold well. Help came with these bandages, it keeps the gauze in place and dirt out. It conforms to hands, feet where ever you put it and can be wrapped with various amounts of tension as needed. Sticking to itself, no need for additional tape and unlike gauze you don't have to use the entire roll at one time. Recommend My reviews are based on honest expectations of an items usefulness and quality, I hope this one is helpful ... show more

  • A life-saver — or at least an arm, leg and tail saver!
Size: 12pcs
I have no clue why the seller markets this product as “tattoo grip cover wrap.” For the 99.999+% of us who *aren’t* tattoo artists, this is AMAZING and inexpensive medical tape! I’d say this is a *must-have* item for your home first-aid kit, and it works great for humans AND pets! I needed this for my dog, who suddenly developed painful hot spots at the base on his tail. I immediately ordered veterinary cleanser and topical treatments, but needed to keep the affected area bandaged after each application. This cover wrap worked perfectly! After shaving, cleansing and adding veterinary gel to the affected area, I initially wrapped it with only this cover wrap. When it came time for the first bandage change, I hesitantly and delicately started to remove the wrap. To my delight, it came away cleanly and did not stick to the hair or the sensitive skin. I then realized (big duh!) that it would probably be smarter to use sterile gauze directly against the skin and use this wrap just to hold the gauze in place. It worked even better using that method. The wrap is quite stretchy and sticks to itself enough to stay in place without being overly adhesive. When it’s time for a bandage change, it is a simple matter to unwind it gently. There is no stickiness, no fighting with overly adhesive tape, and most importantly, no pain. For holding bandages in place, this is *so* much better than the old-fashioned white adhesive medical tape. I found the wrap sticks best if you stretch it to about half of its maximum stretchability as you wind it around the gauze; in other words, stretch it moderately — not too loose and not too tight — and then press firmly but lightly to fix it in place. The wrap survived a lively game a fetch and a long walk without moving at all and the dog is not bothered by it in the slightest. You could probably re-use the same piece of wrap once or twice, but after that, it doesn’t stick as well (but try re-using traditional medical tape even once; good luck with that). Another nice thing about this product is that each roll is individually wrapped and sealed, so I expect it should stay clean and fresh even if stored for a long time. In case you think 12 rolls is a lifetime’s worth of wrap, think again. If you need to change bandages on a small area a few times a day for a week, you’ll probably go through 6 rolls. If you’re wrapping your thigh or foot, you’ll got through even more. And you definitely want to have at least a few rolls of this left over in case a sudden need arises. My only criticism about this product — and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 — is that does not tear easily by hand (unlike the claim in the product description). To get a clean cut, you really need to use scissors. To me, this is not a big deal, but when a product does not live up to all its promises, that’s a minimum automatic one-star deduction in my book. As for price, this 12-pack for $12.99 comes out to $1.08/roll, which I think is a reasonable price. I also ordered another brand (the multi-colored pack), which is almost 50% more expensive. I don’t know if will perform any differently or tear by hand better than this brand; to to be honest, I just couldn’t resist the fun colors. BOTTOM LINE: This type of wrap should be in every first-aid kit, and for $1/roll, the price of this brand is reasonable and the adhesive quality is excellent. Highly recommended! ... show more

  • Good buy
Size: 12pcs
Even though this item was listed as tattoo grip tape, the tape itself has multiple uses actually. For tattoo itself, it was perfect, very stretchy and gives a stable grip. It can also be used for medical purposes. I suffer from carpal turner syndrome and this tape helps me to somewhat stabilize my wrist. ... show more

  • Bandages have many uses; sticks to itself and not to skin or fur; 12 single-color rolls
Size: 12pcs
It seems that now they are marketing these self-adhesive bandages as a tattoo bandage but they can be used for other medical or non-medical reasons. They have a multitude of uses. There are 12 single-color (I ordered black) rolls that are individually wrapped and each roll is almost 5 yards apiece. These self-adhere as the bandage is wrapped around a hand, leg, arm, etc. The stretch allows this to be used like kinesiology tape with the exception that one cannot shower with this successfully and each wrap is for one-time use. The entire roll does not have to be used at once as it depends on the amount needed. When used where joints open and close, such as a knee or elbow, the wrap may bunch up in the crease as expected. However, this is perfect to use as a lightweight version of a carpal tunnel brace by wrapping it around a bad wrist, hand, and thumb as I did in the photo. It does not stick to my skin nor to a pet's fur, which is wonderful. This is versatile enough to wrap around the handle of a tennis racquet to get a good grip or an umbrella or cane handle. There are just so many useful possibilities besides medical reasons. In summary, because the wrap is only two inches wide and is not designed to stick to the skin, it does have a tendency to bunch up if wrapped around a knee or elbow, so it is not perfect for everything. However, I feel this is an excellent bandage to have in one's medicine cabinet. At the current price of $12.99 comes to $1.08 per roll which is on the high side of competitively priced. There are a total of almost 60 yards (almost 5 yards x 12 rolls) which comes to about $.22 cents per yard. ... show more
