    • Good but has issues
On the positive side, the unit looks nice and the curved front is unique. The logs look real and there’s decent heat output. But there are two things that drop the rating for me: First: the fan is noisy. Like when you walk into a quiet room, the first thing you ask yourself is what’s making that noise. Spending time with the unit. I see it’s not the actual fan making the noise but the fact that the entire case of the unit is resonating, so it acting like a giant speaker. Placing my hand over the top right corner (while facing the unit) pretty much shuts down the “echo” and it becomes much quieter. I have some different types of sound deadening material from some projects that I’ll see if I can shut this down, but in a bedroom or a quiet place, this is not good. Another, for me at least, is the lack of control over the flame. There’s a ton of brightness adjustments, but either you like the flame color and speed, or you don’t. It’s not bad, just that I prefer less blue than here and slower flames. Other’s might disagree. Overall, a nice looking unit and if you can live with the noise or your mounting doesn’t reflect the sound like mine, it’s nice looking, the trim for the top and sides fit well, and reasonably priced ... show more

    • Great replacement
Works great! Exact replacement for our fifth wheel. Was skeptical because it said no refunds but saw that Amazon stands by the products sold on the Amazon site and if it came broken or did not work they would refund. I went for it, and glad I did.
