The cord is really short for the USB so make sure you have a usb extender or a power bank. The instructions had mostly warning labels not a quick guide or how to use it. I didn't see that it already had gel pads so I started adding pads and not untill I added 4 on one side did I notice the gel pads already on it. But I slapped it on my guy and trying level 1 mode 5 for 20min and lets see if I get a ripped as the dude in the pic ;) ... show more

This product works good when you’re laying on your back you definitely can’t walk around with it on because it doesn’t stick that good but it does work well as long as you’re not moving and laying on your back, I use it four times a week every other day and it seems to work so far I do see the difference, but you still have to stick to your workout routine ... show more

Ok people, I don't usually Raye products at a 5 because there are always changes to be made but this but this Ab stimulator is for real. The stimulation you get in your abs through the different cycles and intensity gives your abs a workout and oh yeah, it comes with 2 bands that can be used on your arms and legs or any target area you want to do. Many people just have to get through the weird feeling electro pulses going through uou but then it's turn up the juice and let this equipment do the job. ... show more

    • Good for core enhancement
I use this after workouts and it seems to help with tightening of muscles. I dont see this as a solution to the gym but as something to enhanve workouts. Would have given it five stars but I found that the gel pads wear out too quickly.

It’s easy to use. I’m in my 50’s and about 25lbs overweight. I know it’s working because after a few uses, my stomach “shape” is lifting already. Now I just need to get rid of the layer of fat so I can see the abs.
