I got this couch because it was what I could afford at the time. It was semi easy to put together but was made poorly so some pieces did not fit together and took forever to put together. It's not super comfortable but good enough. My kitten likes to sharpen her claws on it while I'm not watching. (T
hat's what the pilling is) Overall for the price I'm not mad but once I can afford it will be getting a better couch for long-term.

It is a nice piece of furniture. Very solid, easy to install. I install it myself for about 1hr. It's worth the cost.

Pieces for chaise don't fit

This a a great little couch for my small apt.. would have liked to use the chaise but the pieces were different lengths. So, just use it as a couch.

Comfortable Covertible sofa sectional

It does the job. It doesn't feel as cheap as I was expecting it to but it is a very cheap couch. It comes in two separate packages which did take a week to get the second one after i got the first. It's comfy enough for my dogs so it keeps them off of my nice more expensive couch.

This couch is a nice couch to relax. You can either sit up or relax and put your feet up for the days you want to lay back and rest your legs. Comes in different colors. Great price too!

We purchased this couch as it states that it is firm- it is. That is the only accurate description on this couch- the instructions are non-existent, the quality is terrible and the customer service is even worse Once we put the ottoman together we noticed the legs weren't level and we couldn't get th
em level- the couch itself is very cheaply made and we are extremely disappointed. I reached out to Amazon and they said they couldn't do anything and that I needed to reach out to the seller- I did that and they had 0 solutions about this low quality couch we purchased- We spent 100$ on shipping and then in order to return it they said I had to ship it back at my own cost, and there was a re-stock fee. This is why I don't buy furniture online- I will NEVER buy an item like this again from Amazon- Costco all the way next time- they stand behind their products although i've never had a crappy product from there ... Disappointed in the lack of service from Amazon and definitely think this couch is a piece of junk. It's so upsetting to have spent 400$ for nothing.
