I would definitely avoid buying this scooter. I bought this scooter a year ago next month and today my son ended up in the ER with a broken wrist and a busted up face. Overall pretty impressed, it does 10, 20, 25 mph. Eco. D. And s. Headlights real bright. If I could change anything on it would be the material of the tires (it's rubber but softish rubber material and the owner's pamphlet, should have a parts ordering section. Does not. My first impression of this electric scooter is that it is beautifully made. It was very easy to put together and I only had to screw in 4 screws to get it up and running. Simple to operate, you just need to long press the power button on the top of the meter to turn on the electric scooter, press the button once to shift gears, and press the button twice in a row to turn on the lights. If I want to ride at the fastest speed I have to download the exclusive app for the electric scooter and set the top speed I need, I can set the fastest speed at around 18-20Mph or so, the battery life is pretty good too, I rode for a few miles before the battery died but I think battery life is always related to the weight of the rider and the road conditions I'm traveling on, so overall , I'm pretty happy with the scooter and now I have another option for how I get around! ... show more

I use this scooter on campus to get to my classes that are far. My campus has a few hills, nothing too crazy but the scooter can only go up hills at around 5-8 mph. The scooter is also incredibly bumpy, no suspension so you can feel everything, even if its just the cracks in a sidewalk. However, the worst part of the scooter is the battery life. My farthest class is about a 10 minute scooter ride. So, 10 mins there 10 mins back, around 20 mins in total of scooter riding. I will start with 5 bars and by the time Im back to my dorm I have 2 bars left. I have to bring the scooter in and charge it every single night, which I was trying to avoid because I have to carry it (not too terribly heavy) up and down the stairs every day. When it said 19 mile range it was lying. Can only go about 5 miles. 🙅♀️ ... show more

Worked good until it didn't. Broke at the 11th month mark. Screws fell out of front wheel. Motor locked up. Warranty only covers 6 months.

My 11.5 yr old ordered this and I was worried it wouldn’t be great quality or it would be too small. It’s big enough for me (her mom) to ride! We love it and have no regrets with the purchase.
