Right out of the box, and put it to work on Black Mold on Split Face Cinderblock and concrete sidewalks. No Problem. Wasn’t too strong to erode mortar.

I had recently purchased the Homdox 2850psi PW, and quickly returned it. Beware those brands. The Greenworks PW was what I really wanted to begin with, and the 1800psi seems to do just fine for what we need, so that makes me a very happy consumer right now. I have noticed a couple of things with this model. 1) make sure your water is turned up after it's connected. I'm fairly certain that your existing water pressure will play a role in how quickly this unit gets up to pressure. Our pressure is great, but I still had to turn up the water a bit when the flow wasn't consistent. 2) give it more than 30 seconds after the water and unit is turned on, before you start spraying. I have noticed that it takes 2 to 5 minutes for consistent and full pressure to build up. 3) the 15° nozzle (fan) doesn't work as well if that is the first nozzle put on. I had better luck using the turbo nozzle first, then switching to the 15° to wash my car. I don't know why, but it seems consistent in it's antics. Not a deal breaker, though. No issues with maneuvering, or tipping over, the cord/hose is long enough, and no kinking happened on the sprayer hose. The pressure washer does a great job and I've been very happy with how easy it is to use. My issue is with the turbo nozzle. I use it once when we first got it and it worked for all of 3 minutes before it stopped osculating. I reached out to Greenworks and that was a month ago, still no reply and the nozzle has rust on it from ONE use for all of three minutes! Are you kidding me? Bottom line is the pressure washer seems great for the money. Just hope you don't need the turbo nozzle or Greenworks to back the product! ... show more

A few things about this unit. Pros - It is easy to setup and use. Cons - Water connection seems a bit loose and it positioned where it can be difficult to attach a hose. Would recommend adding a quick disconnect - Main sprayer nozzle is not really adjustable. You can turn it as if it might be adjustable, but it doesn't change the spray. The main sprayer nozzle pulsates the water in a circular motion at the same force with ZERO adjustment. The only adjustment is dependent on how close you are to something. This makes it useless for power washing anything at a distance, such as the 2nd story of a house, unless you climb on a ladder. It become a high price mist generator at anything over about 3 feet. - 4/18/2022 This is HUGE - The GFI plug died exactly once year after purchase. I called customer support and despite being first in queue, I've been waiting for a call back. Will update when they respond, but it likely has a defective GFI rendering the unit useless. ... show more
