    • Excellent

Works as good as my gas powered. Nice unit.

    • Works great after adding clamp to the hose
Size: Backpack Blower (5.0Ah)
Some reviews said the battery was hard to extract. I have not had this experience. I push the release button and the battery springs up from the housing. The 80V 5Ah battery is big and heavy, but thankfully it is carried in the backpack. My only complaint is that the rubber hose kept separating from the nozzle. There was no clamp provided, so I bought and installed a 5” drier hose clamp. It seemed ridiculous having to do that since I can see hose clamps in some of the pictures. [One star off for that!] I was concerned about the estimated 15-minute minimum run time, but the new blower was so much more efficient than my old blower that I was able to complete the job much faster. I still had 2 of 3 bars on the charge indicator! ... show more

    • Glad we got it
Size: Backpack Blower (5.0Ah)
We replaced our gas blower with this one. It is lighter and seems to work better than the gas one. It is a little bigger than the other one but not heavier. The battery lasts longer than it says. We have a large lot and it did not run down.

    • Extremely hard to assemble
Size: Backpack Blower (5.0Ah)
Battery jammed half way into the unit. Won't go all the way and won't come out. Apparently this is a known issue with these units because of misalignment with the battery housing. No Amazon returns because of the lithium battery but did give me a refund. Called Greenworks who will not help me dispose of the unit. They advised to try using WD 40 oil to remove the battery which is totally insane and dangerous with a lithium battery. I will NEVER buy another Greenworks product again. ... show more

    • Perfect for a typical 1/4 - 1/3 acre lot
Size: Backpack Blower (5.0Ah)
Easy to assemble, easy to use. Battery life is good enough for typical weekly lawn maintenance. Can handle leaves well also.

    • Short somewhere?
Size: Backpack Blower (5.0Ah)
There is a short in the extension arm. When you power on, if the arm isn’t in the exact position, it will not cut on, it will not blow until you finagle it. We’ve only had this 10 months and problems arise. Very frustrating because this product is not cheap and touts value.

    • Horrible Customer Service
Size: Backpack Blower (5.0Ah)
I purchased this leaf blower and quickly realized it was sucking in and not out as if the motor was reversed on the inside. I have been going back and forth with customer service for weeks trying to get a replacement OR a refund, I didn't care which. I'm getting neither. The email they instruct you to use when having issues does not handle issues. They respond with the same generic email over and over. So BUYER BEWARE, IT YOU PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AND HAVE ANY ISSUES, THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!!!!! ... show more
