Purchased in July of last year and started using as the season was winding down. Delivery was fine, arrived on a steel pallet. Assembly took about two hours. I purchased this mower because our yard was too big for the two push mowers we had, and the lawn tractor style John Deer and Husqvarna required multiple days/weeks of repair every summer. I wanted something that didn’t require that amount of maintenance and had a bonus of a wider cutting path. This mower is truly plug and play. I keep the batteries docked in the mower and use the wall charger to charge them directly in the mower. I have a Greenworks weedeater and can easily pull a battery from the mower to use in the weedeater if I need extra power for another project. I have a 2 acre sloped yard that gets full sun in the front and is shaded with oak trees in the back. This zero turn mower took some getting used to as far as steering on a slope but after a few weeks of learning I figured out the best map for efficient mowing in my yard. I do have a steeper slope than is suggested for this type of mower but I am still very happy with the amount of my yard this thing will still cover. On the steepest part of the slope I do still have to use a push mower, but I don’t have to push mow nearly as much as I did when I was using the lawn tractor. I decided to overwinter my mower in the driveway with a waterproof cover as I don’t have an awning to park it under. It did beautifully and was clean and in good working order without any real maintenance needs prior to the first cut of the season. I am now in the full swing of weekly mowing and it continues to work like a champ, no real issues. Now, the drawback to driving this thing on such a sloped yard is that in the steeper parts I’m maneuvering the left and right handles in a way to keep the front wheels pointing slightly uphill, and this will sometimes stall out the right drive motor. When this happens you get an error that tells you how to clear it, which is usually placing it in park, turning the key off and on. Once cleared it starts right up again. This is occasionally annoying but considering I’m using it on a slope that’s steep I consider it something I’m willing to deal with to get the job done. Oh, and I will say the hauling capacity on the back of the mower is great. I have to drive down the driveway to get to the bottom of the yard and I can toss the push mower in the back (folded down of course) and also have room to stand the weedeater up in the back so I can make one trip down and get everything cut. Huge time saver for me when I used to have to walk up and down the steep and winding driveway multiple times. I have also connected my dump cart that came with my John Deer tractor, fits great and is wonderful for hauling rocks and mulch. I will also mention that I have carried huge piles of brush with limbs and branches this way as well and had zero issues with power going uphill. My yard looks better than it has in the 6years I’ve owned my home because of this mower. I would definitely purchase it again.

I purchased this mower from Greenworks and they delivered it damaged. I've been trying to get this resolved with no luck from Amazon or Greenworks. Amazon has told me its not their problem and Greenworks has all my money and now they won't resolve my issue. This mower has been sitting in my garage since I received it due to it being delivered damaged. The middle blade is hanging too low and crooked, so I can't use it. The only thing they did was send the wrong blade once and then they sent more blades which doesn't fix the issue. I had to spend more money to get a lift to switch the blades out to see that the mower blade is still crooked. So I'm stuck spending more money with no resolution. It is now outside the return window and they have still not helped resolve this issue.

Came in a metal crate had to put seat , control arms, roll bar, mower deck deflector and bump guard on put batteries in and removed some pins and drove it off the crate. It cuts in low speed or high It is ev so you can cut then it stops cutting and the you drive it to the charger. 110 plug in and charging battery’s in mower. I love it one more thing I charge with my solar.
