I second-guessed buying a Greenworks Product and now I know why. The box shows up and the bag inside the box with the assembly parts is torn and there aren't enough screws to even put this unit together. LOUSY to NO QUALITY control but makes it easier to send back because I don't have to take it apart because there AREN'T ENOUGH PIECES TO PUT IT TOGETHER. At a holiday discount this pressure washer is a waste of money. At full price its a total ripoff. What is GreenWorks thinking?? The 4-5 second lag from when you pull the trigger to the pump spinning up to full pressure is terrible design. If you are starting and stopping the gun a lot this will add tons of time to your project. I have an 8 year old 2000 psi AR electric pressure washer that is smaller, more powerful, and provides instant pressure. This boat anchor is going back. ... show more

I doubt it actually is putting out 2300 psi, wouldnt even get the bird poop off my truck. AND, there is a delay every single time you release the trigger and press it again, its annoying.

I bought this one for our automotive lab and we are all very impressed with how well it works. The pressure hose is thin and pliable which makes for excellent maneuverability. A good and a bad thing is that the pump motor stops when you let go off the trigger. This is great for noise and saving the motor and pump. The bad thing is that when you press the trigger again it will take one or two seconds before the machine restarts and you have pressure again. Overall, though, an awesome pressure washer. Very reasonable price and the unit actually delivers on the stated PSI and GPMs. There is a lag time of about 5 seconds between you pulling the trigger and the stream pressurizing. Easy to get used to but if you’re doing a solution based wash like bleach mixture for house cleaning or foam for a car wash you will waste some solution during the spool up. ... show more

I thought this washer would have a little more pressure, but it's not like a gas-powered one I guess. It's okay for general cleaning, when you use a soap in the container. But it won't wash off mold well from our patio, unless we soap it and use a brush on it. At first we had trouble getting it working right, and the company was real good about helping us out. Turns out it was our own hose that was the problem. Changed hoses and it works fine now. Overall, this is a nice lightweight washer.
