Black Chef Coat 11/24/25 Really Nice Coat! I loved this as soon as I saw it. It looks great and feels great. No collar, which I like, snap fit and long enough past the waist. I know it’s supposed to be a Chef’s Coat, but I think it’s stylish enough to use as casual wear. See picture. I’m cutting up a Mediterranean style turkey breast. It was a recipe we found that is currently on a major news site for Thanksgiving. We made some minor changes, and it was absolutely delicious. Full confession: my wife did 99% of the prep work, I tended it and cut it up and posed for the picture. My main contribution was serving and eating it! You have to admit, that coat looks excellent.

Trendy looking chef coat in all black with white stitching. The material is very light with some sections being mesh for even more air, important in a hot kitchen. The medium size fits me well at 5'10" 170 pound male, however the shoulders could give me a bit more room when moving my arms around (if your frame is not as wide on shoulders, it'll be fine probably). The top button is made of metal, the others are tan in color and made of plastic (see photos). The stitching is very accurate all around. There is no label for material type or washing instructions ... I would assume the color is good at hot temperature washes, since it is a chef coat. Can't wait to try it out!

It's great. Super lightweight. Vents on the shoulders which I love. Snap front. It does have plastic buttons which I don't love. But they seemed to work well. It's definitely a great coat to stay cool in hot kitchens. It isn't double breasted, so heat will come through the chest. But it's an excellent chef coat. And it's unique looking. I like that it doesn't look the same as everyone else's

Ordered gray but it looked more blue in person. Fits nice -- enough room to move around without being oversized. Feels 'tough', with its tightly woven, stain-resistant fabric, but comfortable. Snap buttons make it easy to put on or take off. Not sure why only the top button is metal and the others are made of plastic. Would make more sense if the two breathable mesh side panels are located in the back instead of in the front.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered this jacket for use in the kitchen and on the grill, as my wife and I spend plenty of time cooking, esp. during the hot summer months here in the south. This jacket fits quite comfortably, is nice and light, made from quality blue denim, and looks very professional with fine, detailed stitching. The open mesh at the sides helps keep the body cool and dry. I love the look and feel of this chef’s jacket; it is a great value for the price, and I recommend it for culinary enthusiasts working in a hot kitchen or other cooking environment.
