It is so easy to clean and use. I love this mat - I had a different brand that was hard plastic and did not stay flat or in one position; it would slide around and was really frustrating to use. This one stays perfectly flat and does not move at all! When done, I just rinse it off. I can easily coat it with a light dusting of flour and my pastries and tortilla dough do not stick. I love the measuring circles, too. Makes it so easy to get the right size rolled out. It is thin and rolls up nicely to store. I do wish it had some sort of case to keep it in, but overall it's great. I wish I had purchased this mat sooner.

It's not necessarily non stick but it's very easy to clean and wash off. It's so very helpful that the sizes are on this mat when your rolling out something. It's a very big mat so it's great to have! Love this thing! So handy!
