I am a zookeeper.I do wildly rehab, and I also take care of babies for tica cattery when you live in a camper and you travel all over and you don't want to use propane to endanger the animal's cooking can be difficult.And I hate eating microwave food.God bless this little machine that has been sitting in my wish.List for over a year.I finally could afford to buy it.I regret not buying it sooner. I didn't know I would like this as much I do! There is no temperature control, it just goes to a really high temp for up to 5 min. So far, I've used it to cook bacon, scrambled eggs, overhard eggs, thin (defrosted) frozen waffles, and thick (defrosted) frozen waffles. Everything came out great. BUT, do not walk away when cooking on the skillet top, it will burn easily. It's small and great for meals for 1 to 2 people. I was able to fit 4 slices of the pre-cooked bacon broken in half, 2 pork sausage patties cut in pieces, and 2 eggs on either skillet side. Depending on size, or how you cut up, 1 to 2 toastable items will fit in the tray. I was able to fit 1 uncut thin frozen waffle, and 2 cut thick frozen waffles (small). This is a great little machine to have in the kitchen! Easy for my kids to use as well.

To get the fifth star, Would need to be easier to clean if the cookplate was removable because you can’t immerse the product in water. Also, if you want to cook for more than one, it’s a little annoying. But if you’re single and or living in a small apartment or dorm room, this is a perfect little breakfast maker if you were OK with one piece of toast, one egg, and one piece of sausage. But it is small and fits well in small cabinets. Nonstick surface works amazingly well. Toaster at level 5 is perfect setting for me. I like it because I usually leave the house before anyone is even awake.

It’s ok if you want a quick meal. However theirs a few faults. The toaster part is too small for regular size bread. It will allow about 5 sausages and only one egg. So sunny side up it is unless you flip it. That’s the tricky part! Getting a spatula the right size to do it! Also as for the sausages, if you want to do it right do the sausages first then the egg. I was not anticipating this having a similar cook time to the gas stove top, nor did I expect a quality cook; it has both! Very pleased. I wanted this for vacations for several reasons: The many reasons we do not like eating-out, cookware in hotels can be questionable with Teflon, poorly maintained cookware, and bringing mine is a huge hassle…. In the past, I have cooked all our meals and froze them in our travel freezer. Microwaving frozen food leaves the texture unpleasant and we prefer not using microwaves. In the end, I needed the top to make sausage/bacon, 2 eggs with vegetables and goat cheese, pancakes and melt butter. I need the tray to warm homemade bread, and make a single serve, homemade pizza (dough, pre-made - NOT actually baking a pizza/dough), just warming/toasting bottom. I have made all of these with success in a reasonable amount of time - similar to cooking on stovetop and toaster oven. The toast tray was not as flimsy as I read in reviews. In fact, it slid right in and out. It does need to be between the track, but I cannot figure out why others had problems. Zero smell. Despite the ceramic top, I was expecting some sort of off-gas from the insides. I am typically very sensitive to this and dreaded it for the first attempt at using it, but no unpleasant odor! Very pleased. Overall, I highly recommend this if it suits the needs you are looking for… It is compact enough for us to place in one of our travel containers and easy to clean to keep vacation still vacation. :-)
