I have to say in the beginning I was frustrated due to having to learn “codes”. Once I got the hang of it AND WITH EXCELLENT AND I MEAN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I rate this a 10. The customer service has been on point, super friendly, helpful and quick. The bike itself runs smooth, and is quick. I’ve already purchased accessories to make it “my own”. Even made my own cloth tassels lol. I look forward to making some trips. Oh one thing I learned. MAKE SURE WHEN DETACHING BATTERY , you put it back in tight and LOCK IT! I forgot to lock it and it became loose while riding and disengaged power (my fault). I love my bike. I need to name her. Thanks again for supberb customer service

It solidly built and handles very well on both dry and wet ground. I especially like the included foot pedals as it's more comfortable than my last ebike, which had only a deck and was sort of awkward. It has great acceleration and traction on most surfaces. The quality for the money is great. The user manual is a bit scant, but the video included here on Amazon does a pretty good job of walking you through how to assemble it upon receipt. Highly recommend!

Product is vastly under powered for its claim, will not do slopes well. The 1500w motor can not exceed 720w due to the sub par motor control. Volt x amps=watt 48x 15=720 Attached photo of the motor controller, and battery. This is made of bargain parts, and sold under false statistics. The seller kept sending me parts after the bike failed to climb a 10 degree solpe. I was told by their tech support it was capable of climbing a 30 slope if already traveling at full speed, and even then only tested for 8 meters. A bowing ball will do that at 20 miles an hour. Thats just basic physics. Good luck getting a refund. They will tell you it's a bad part the have you saw the motor, and send you endless parts.This sell will also offer partial refunds if the product doesn't meet expectations. Had over 30 emails about this and ended up reporting the seller. Just an added note the cruise function cannot be turned off. After all of this mis-information, I have no faith that battery is to be trusted either and is probably just a fire hazard.

The bike arrived in good condition the only major issue I had was that the tires are faulty or cheap because within only a month of use the tires popped on me and I had to buy replacements, would recommend anyone that purchases it to buy extra tires as well…

Bike arrived 3 days earlier than expected which was perfect for Christmas! Assembly was quick and easy! My son loved the bike! I had rode it and tested the weight limit and I weigh about 230lbs and the speed was still great! Tested it on the grass, road and dirt with NO issues. The quality of the bike is sturdy! The size is big enough for a grown adult to ride as well! Definitely worth the value!!
