I just recently purchased this, but initially I am impressed with the quality and the ride of this flat tire E bike. I have road it 27 miles and it still reads a full charge. It is an absolute blast to ride! I’ve only gone up to 30 mph. Not because it won’t go faster. I just have found 30 miles an hour is really fast on a bicycle. But there is no doubt there is power to spare. It’s nice having that power when riding on the street and needing to takeoff quickly at the light. I beat the cars every time, and then quietly get into the bike lane. I will try to post back in a couple months, and I hope I still love it as much as I do today ... show more

Super impressed with this bike. First it looks phenomenal, great quality build and extremely powerful and fast. I am 195lbs, 6ft and while it big, I love the feel of it. Haven't riding it much yet, just got it last week, but the little that I have, I've truly enjoyed it. Assembly was fairly simple, took about 1hr. I've also had a buddy who is 225lbs ride it up hill and he was impressed as well. Strongly recommend it for its price point. ... show more

Pour instructions on how to put together and I had just bought a trike for my wife from another company that came completely assembled and there’s absolutely no reason why this bike couldn’t have come completely assembled because of not being assembled and not having the proper instructions now I do not have my turn signals or my headlight attached to the bike because the lock bolt on the front fender screw will not come back off after it’s been put back on. It also did not have the correct instructions for the washers on the front axle otherwise the bike is nice. It does not go to speed that it’s an advertisement it goes, but it does go 27 miles an hour. ... show more

If I could, I would give no stars. Bike snapped in half while grandson was riding the bike and he was thrown from the bike - thankfully he was wearing a helmet and wasn’t severely injured. The bike was only a few months old. We tried to contact customer service with no assistance.

If you’re looking for a good quality e-bike that’s built really well, this is the one! It comes partially assembled and it took me about 2 hours to get mine completed. It’s fairly straightforward and the instructions are fairly good but do lack a few of the fine points, but easily figured out. It’s a total blast to ride and it does get up to the 40mph speed on a flat paved surface. Like others have noted, it is a bit heavier than most bikes but the dual motors and the bigger battery is a good trade off. I love mine and I really would not hesitate to buy this one again! ... show more
