I just recently purchased this, but initially I am impressed with the quality and the ride of this flat tire E bike. I have road it 27 miles and it still reads a full charge. It is an absolute blast to ride! I’ve only gone up to 30 mph. Not because it won’t go faster. I just have found 30 miles an hour is really fast on a bicycle. But there is no doubt there is power to spare. It’s nice having that power when riding on the street and needing to takeoff quickly at the light. I beat the cars every time, and then quietly get into the bike lane. I will try to post back in a couple months, and I hope I still love it as much as I do today ... show more

This bike was a huge disappointment. It barely lasted three weeks before parts started failing, and now it’s just sitting in my garage collecting dust. The build quality feels cheap, corners were clearly cut, and nothing about it holds up to real use. I expected something that could at least survive normal riding, but instead I got a product that broke almost immediately. Definitely not worth the money. ... show more

It was completely discharged, and is not taking a charge. It just makes the charger hot. Who even makes a lithium battery pack with no overdischarge protection?!? That is insane. The rest if the bike was exceptionally well packed. Odd that the battery switch would not be protected, and the battery does not have appear to have overdischarge protection. Edit: just for grins I put the battery on the bike. This time when I pushed the status button, the lights flickered and then came on to reveal full charge. They also worked right when I removed again. Apparently the battery DOES have protections, tripped on over discharge, and needed a load after charging to reset. This is not how they are supposed to be designed, but whatever. Took it out for first ride today. What fun! It is going to take some getting used to the pedaling but very enjoyable ride. Explored some dead end roads. Bike is very heavy and can be a bit cumbersome to get on and off. Got it because there are many short steep hills on dirt roads around here. Bike can zip up them like they are nothing. Great acceleration, solid ride and fairly comfortable. Need some toe clips and a better seat and will be good to go. ... show more

This bike is a joy to ride. It is my daily commuter for the 2 days a week I have go into the office....30 mile round trip. 15 miles takes me just under 30 mins. I'm 6'4" 250lbs and it doesn't struggle at all, and I use it throttle only. 2 things I would suggest. I got a 2nd battery to run in parallel, doubled my range. 2nd if you are mainly urban and street, get the heavy duty street tire and tube, the pair cost me like $130 that's for 2 tubes and tires. This bike is complete garbage I was riding home in the rain and the bike cut off completely and I had to walk my bike and my groceries all the way home now the company will do absolutely nothing about it. They say the bike has been here for more than 30 days, which it had been here for exactly 64 and they will not do anything about it nor will Amazon now they’ve completely erased it off the entire list so I can’t even talk to customer service about it anymore either after Amazon had promised repeatedly, they would resolve the problem.
