Comes compact, very easy to assemble and not heavy to move around once completed. Took me about 1 hr to put together (could have gone quicker w/out a newborn in one hand). Seems incredibly sturdy, fits perfect in queen sized bed frame, and is comfortable. Big body approved. At least 400 lbs sleeps on it nightly. Overall great deal! Would purchase again and again. Very easy assembly....helps to save time if you have a power drill especially for all the slat screws, 39 total for the 13 slats. Instructions simple to read and in big print. Very solid made but doubt "made by Amish" unless they have started to use staple guns. Fit perfectly our queen size frame. Cover is pretty sturdy and you only really need to have it be a half cover. No creaks, no noise. Works great and highly recommend.

The boxspring was very easy to assemble. Quality is good and sturdy. I purchased it because the mattress delivery service could not get a standard boxspring to my attic. This product worked perfectly. I am now thinking about buying this boxspring for the other beds.

The foundation is solid, comfortable and quiet. Not a peep. We put it (the 10" version) directly on the floor and we enjoy it very much. Assembly was quite easy and straightforward--except for one problem that was a quality control issue. The middle section had one of the end pieces upside down so that the bolt holes didn't line up with the holes in the cross section piece. On one end the holes were spaced at 3" and 5.25", while the other end had them at 3.5" and 5.75". (See photo.) Fortunately the sections are made of pine so it was a simple task to redrill the two holes where they were supposed to be.

So very easy to assemble and doesn’t take much time it’s quality wood and quality screws. Love that it’s crafted with skill allowing it to be used for sleep support we much needed. Highly recommend this for those looking for better sleeping support.

King assembly was easy with a power screw driver. Fit in our bed frame was fine. Did have some creaking when getting in out of bed for first couple months but it has all disappeared and totally quiet now. I’m buying a second 4.5” for our guest bed since these are the perfect height.

The box spring was very easy to assemble. The size was a bit small for my standard full size bed but acceptable. My primary complaint is that one of the slats has a crack in it that I didn't discover until the rest of the box spring had been assembled. I needed to use the bed right away so decided to go ahead and use the box spring. It does okay but squeaks. For an "Amish made" product, I expected better.

We ordered this for my mom to replace her old box springs in order to lower the night of her bed. She’s elderly so cannot climb into a bed that is too high off the ground. The 2” version did the job perfectly. It’s easy to put together (use a drill w a screwdriver attachment) and very sturdy.
