The bed arrived in several boxes, very well packaged. No damage to any upholstered parts. It took about 2 hours to assemble by one person. Make sure to adjust the level to all legs as your floors might not be straight before attaching slats to the bed frame. My 12 year old daughter, who selected it as her birthday present is very happy with it. The lounge is very comfortable for her and the slats easily support the weight of the queen size Tempur Pedic mattress. All in all great purchase. Need at least 2 people to carry the parts to avoid scratching the upholstery on the door frames.

I was called about delivery the day after I placed the order and the scheduling was pretty easy. Putting the bed together was fine, I would recommend two people, especially when it comes to the slats. The bed itself is very well made, and comes in 3 packages. All of them are heavy (+60lbs), so again don't do it alone. All in all, good bed for a good price. I think it'll last a while.

Bed was easy to put together. I like the bed. Disappointed in the material that is used to upholster the bed. I choose the black leather looking material but you can see the hair and dust it attracts. It will be something that will be needed to dusted every week. If you have dogs and allow them to sleep in your bed the material used to upholstery really shows the dog hair. The material is a real magnet for hair and dust. I am short 5ft 0in and the height of the bed is perfect for me. I would still buy the bed again if given a choice. This is the second bed I have bought from "Greatime". Satisfied with both. Just wish they would use a better quality material. I bought a 6 inch mattress with a 3 inch mattress topper and the height is perfect.

This is one of the good bed to set up. Which was easy. Done all by myself. I was astonished how quick and easy the manual to assemble was. I like the design where I can keep my books for reading and other items of my choice. The solid headboard is fantastic for sitting up while reading. Delivery was fast, way ahead of the day and time given by Amazon.

Was worried when the bed arrived, the package was damaged in every way, mind you I received this bed earlier than expected, it’s a beautiful solid bed, for the price, and not a single scratch came with mine, I just love the concept and all!!! And it’s worth every money

The bed is amazing. I’ve been using it for a few months now and have had absolutely no problems with it so far. Although, when I received the shipping, the boxes the parts arrived in were heavily damaged. The products inside were fine except for one piece with tore in the corner. I didn’t make a big deal about it since that was the corner against the wall so I just superglued it together and forgot about it. Be advised, the material on the top is not sturdiest of materials. It can and will damage easily.
