The media could not be loaded. I really like these blinds. You need to measure and send them your door size. I didnt want to have the blinds cover part of my door so I ordered wider blinds so that when they are open they land over the wall and not my door so I still have full view. Im so glad I thought to do that. I purchased the ones with the remote although you can also set it up to work with Alexa I just haven't tried that yet. They were easy to install. I would recommend having another person help with putting the blinds on the rail, just makes it easier. There was a little hiccup at first with getting them to work properly but it must have just been me. I contacted Graywind and Ray was super helpful to try and figure out the issue. They were not working right for me and Ray made a video call to see what my issue was and when he did and I tried to show him it never did it so I couldnt show him. It worked perfectly and has been ever since haha. Its kind of funny how that went but im very happy with the customer service Ray gave me and with the quality of these blinds. I would purchase from Graywinds again in a heartbeat. They are quiet to operate too. They are worth the price to me. Sometimes you get what you pay for and this is one of those times I think. I chose the gray room darkening blinds. I love how these blinds are fabric and don't have those cheap slats like some others do. They look and feel high quality. They do darken a room for sure. The blinds were super easy to install and got here in a timely manner. Worked perfectly and is so easy to use. When I needed help to set up the blinds with Alexa, they were quick to respond to all correspondence, efficient directions were given, and they even checked back to make sure I got it working properly. This was the best buying experience I have ever had and I would recommend them to anyone wanting motorized blinds. The service was great all around. Have never had such wonderful customer service before. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!

Installation was easy, 2 people preferably but 1 person can do it. Perfect size for my yard door. Opens and closes just as expected. The color is just perfect. Missing a few screws and bolts for the wall brackets but no biggy, ACE HARDWARE solved that problem.

Arrived in two boxes. Both were packaged very well and unit arrived without damage. Easy to install, instructions included were google translated, but were easy to understand as they used the actual CAD drawings in the manual. Near silent operation and very smooth movement of the motor and belt driven mechanics. Only issue encountered was trying to connect with app mentioned in the instructions, but contacted their support team and gotten a well written response the next day. A new Graywind app is available and works nicely. Tips: The app does take a full minute or two to find and add the device. When using google assistant, you need to open blinds 50% (0 closed one way, 50 open see through, 100 closed other way) before turning off the blinds (retracts blinds) It will try to retract them fully closed!
