I figured a little extra support would be beneficial for such an expensive item, and this was a reasonable cost without being overly gaudy (looking at you ROG Herculx...) The screw may offer enough support for the heavier/larger 4000 series, but I cannot say. My only other minute complaint (this is related to my case, so it may not be an issue for all users) is that it was a little funky to find a space to place this that wasn't directly on either 3.5" drive I have at the bottom of my case.

I actually had a GPU die to sag (a radeon r9 295x2 developed a nasty bend in it after a few years) so I wanted to get one of these. Am not disappointed at all. Works great. I previously used a pencil to hold up my 3080 Strix, but this looks much nicer. It is now holding up a Gigabyte 4090 Gaming OC, a very heavy, large card. No more sag here.

This does what it says, but it stays in place thanks to "gravity"and the pressure the GPU puts in it. The magnet is trash... I don move my case, so it will serve it's purpose.
