I was a little hesitant buying a $1000 couch on Amazon that I never sat on or tried out, but I must say that I was more than pleasantly surprised! The quality of the couch is great and I love how thick and plush the cushions are. All pieces of the couch shipped separately, but arrived over the course of a few days. They were a tad bit of a pain to put together if you used the included tools, but if you have a socket wrench, you'll be much better off. Even with that though, I would still buy this couch all over again! Side note too, if you're planning on getting a deck box to store all of the cushions in, just keep in mind that like I said before, they are very thick and plush, so you'll need something large. I originally purchased a 150 gallon deck box and they just BARELY fit and I had to squeeze the back cushions in and was afraid it would deform them. I ultimately went with the 194 gallon deck box made by Suncast and it works perfectly with a bit of room to spare!

Overall quality is great. It's comfy and looking good. Firepit is working just fine with a standard 20lb propane tank. We ordered firepit fire glass, and it looks amazing. It fits our balcony perfectly well. We did have some issues with shipping and small damage, but Grand Patio customer service resolved all of them pretty quickly and sent us replacement.

I ordered the 7 piece sectional. I really, really like this sectional. I really, really dislike the convoluted shipping process it took to get it to my house! I would call the sofa a solid 4.5 stars. The quality of the sofa and cushions is pretty good. It was easy to put together and fits perfectly on our patio. The cushions are thick and firm, but I think they’ll relax over time. I did purchase a cover for this to help protect it from the elements. I took a whole star off this review for the shipping process. Even though I got an email from Amazon the day after I ordered saying the item had shipped, the FedEx tracking didn’t reflect this status until well after the product was supposed to be delivered. Long after the item was to be delivered, the FedEx status stated the items hadn’t been received. To their credit, the seller’s customer service was prompt in responding when I reached out to find out where the product was. They said FedEx was the problem, but I am concerned shipping labels were printed without product having actually shipped so the seller could charge me for the item. Of the 7 pieces in the shipment, everything arrived after the initially promised date over a period of 3 weeks. 2 boxes one day, 4 boxes another day. Tracking on the 7th box showed FedEx never received the item, so the seller shipped a new one and it arrived as expected. I would definitely recommend this sofa, but with a note of caution to meter your expectations about how quickly you’ll get it.

This 7-piece Outdoor Patio set looks very nice and is what I wanted. No damage to the product during the shipping and all the necessary bolts and tools to put it together were included. We were concerned about the height and low back support but upon assembling it we were surprised at how comfortable the cushions are and the low back support is just the right height as well as the height from the floor. Very satisfied and would strongly recommend this set. It's also very functional because you can arrange the individual pieces any way you want. It was the most beautiful patio furniture ever. Looks perfect in our patio.

At the end of the day, its an OK set. But, if your taller than 5'10 or so, the chair backs are too low and become uncomfortable after a while. The Fire-pit is certainly the star of the set, and is well made and was not that hard to set-up. The other pieces of the set was a pain to put together (Instructions were horrible (no text just bad drawings) -- (ex. do not tighten any of the screws until all are in or you will wind up stripping a screw or two -- they do not tell you that). However once you figure that out, assembly became a bit easier. PROS * Inexpensive and worth the price in terms of quality * Nice Looking set * Firepit is great CONS * Chair Backs to low * Cushions are much too light and there is no way to clip them to the seats (they blow away with any significant wind). * Assembly instructions are poor * Tools they provide are useless

We just remodel our backyard. We built a patio and a swimming pool. So I decided to get a quiet high quality patio set to go with our patio. This 4 pcs patio is fantastic. The manual is very easy to follow along. It didn't take my husband long to install it. I loved the color and look very high class. The gray cushions are extremely thick and so comfy to sit on. The coffee is study and match perfectly with the set. My patio definitely has a new look and feel. Absolutely love it.

This patio set was just what I was looking for. It arrived nicely packaged and it was easy to put together (using tools we had - the ones that come with it weren’t much use for the purpose). It’s really pretty, sturdy and well-made, but surprisingly isn’t quite as comfortable as I’d like. Also, the cushions tend to slide around too much on the base. We spend a lot of time on the screened on porch in the summer and I will need to find some way to remedy this. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

This is a really nice set. It was a risk to buy online without seeing it or sitting on it. It does take patience to put together. If the holes on one side don't line up, try the other side. I found that you have to play with the pieces and realign and they will match. The cushions are nice and thick. The only thing is that I DID NOT get any lava rocks with the table. I checked all the packaging three times. No lava rocks. Also it would be nice if Grand Patio offered a glass wind guard for the table. I can't find anything that is close in size.
