Super disappointed. I just unboxed my item after purchasing it about a month ago to finally assemble it. All four posts are bent at the bottom which makes it impossible for me to put the bases on them. I have contacted the manufacturer in hopes that they will make the situation right. I will update the review once I get confirmation of the resolution. So sad, I was really looking forward to this in my new backyard. I honestly don't know if I have ever received an item from FedEx that isn't damaged. Fed Ex is the worst! ***UPDATE*** After reaching out to the seller/manufacture, they were EXTREMELY helpful and quick to reply and resolve my issue 100% to my satisfaction. Haven't assembled it yet but was disappointed that the shipping box was busted open on one end. I hope everything is still in the box when I pull it out to assemble later in April.

Updated review- Since I wrote this review the company reached out to me to solve my problem. They apologized for the original issue I had and promised to make it right. It took a little while to figure out the right panel, but I finally got the right one. They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied! I would definitely purchase from them again! I also want to say we have had this set up now for just over 3 months. It is very sturdy and well made. We have had a lot of rain and thunderstorms lately and we have had no leaks at all! We have it set up at our seasonal campsite and I love having the extra room this provides. We have our outdoor kitchen area with a full size fridge, table with stove and a sink, a picnic table and 2 storage cabinets and still have plenty of room to move around. I ordered this gazebo about a month ago. We just set it up last week. We love the size of it! Well I went to zip the curtain enclosure up and the zipper fell off in my hand. There is a gap in the teeth which explains why it fell off. Anyways I reach out to customer service to fix the issue. I need a new panel and they offered my $30 to take it and have it repaired somewhere. That is not acceptable! ... show more

Easy build. Will need two people for some of it. The drapes are what make it. I ran lag bolts into the concrete to fasten it down.

    • Holes in roof and no netting on top

Husband and I bought this to go above our hot tub so we could have shade and protection from mosquitoes that are a huge issue in Texas and on a bayou but we noticed there is not netting for the top and with the gap it has, what is the point of the netting if they can just come right in from the top and curtains are not even long enough to keep them from getting in the bottom. It’s like putting a trap inside the gazebo for them to keep them in. It also has holes along the whole thing so water will leak in the rain due to those plus another spot for bugs to come in. Point was to keep the rain out. We bought this to save some money because a hardtop is very expensive. This took 3 guys about 2 hours give or take to put up and was horrible with instructions. Now I have to decide if it is worth it to take it all apart to send back or just suck it up and feel like I have wasted the money on something without a hardtop. If you are thinking of going with this to save yourself some money….. DON’T. With this outdoor living area we wanted a projector to watch football and be bug free but will not happen with this at all. SUPER DISAPPOINTED . No pics posted due to me not giving Amazon access to my photos and storage. ... show more

It took only 2 of us 4 hrs to put up. Very easy ! Love how sturdy it is for the size. We did bolt into concrete to make sure we dont have any wind issues. LOVE IT ! Make sure to great recommended lighting. It really adds to it
