With the front-adjust, No-Rethread Simply Safe Adjust Harness System, the headrest and harness can be adjusted together while your child is in the seat. The Silent Shade canopy and privacy drape adjust quietly without disturbing baby, and a one-hand adjustable handle makes getting baby in and out easy. An integrated storage pocket helps keep your personal items handy and easily retrievable. Plus, the Rapid Remove seat pad quickly and easily removes for cleaning. It’s a little difficult to lift up and out of the base but it’s very secure and stable so we love it a lot. We took it to a safety technician and she said it was a good model and showed us how to properly install it. The headrest is adjustable as they grow. Baby seems comfortable when we’re riding in the car. Straps work well but one always seems to be longer than the other—that might just be user error. The canopy is nice in the Texas sun, has great coverage. Haven’t had to use the bug net but did test it out and it’s a little weird to get fitted over the car seat so that there’s no gap for bugs to get in. Overall very pleased. ... show more

The bug net that is built in the shade is a great feature. Also unzips in the back to bring the shade down further. Little pocket on the side by the feet has also been handy for key or credit card. Fabric is soft and love that it has head support unlike most carseats.

I can honestly say i am in love with the entire Graco Primer Midtown collection! I have the infant carrier, the modes 2 grow stroller, extra seat for the stroller, and i just purchased my second convertible car seat for my granddaughter thats only 3 months. Her dister has the first one @ 2.5 years old. I originally picked hers up when she was only 9 months old. I am so thankful for the Graco Primer set. Love the color as it won’t get as hot in the sun like the black one. One button for the handle is genius, super easy to clean, light weight, grip on handle makes it easier to hold as well.
