GPS was obviously used, but I've already returned it, and wish I had taken pictures. Despite that, I plugged it in and attempted to use it. I know why it was returned....IT DOESNT WORK. It continued to say "GPS searching" for over an hour and never gave me directions. I even drove around to see if it would pick up the satellites, but no. Mounting hardware is somewhat flimsy. Sun shield is not very usable. It falls off easily. The navigation audio feature is very weak on a fully turned up radio. Navigator vibrates during use making it hard to follow. Entire mount allows navigator to shake while in use. I added a mount from a different supplier to solve the problem. This item was not light like my last GPS. It will not stay stuck on the windshield, it keeps falling down. When mine fell, it ripped the cord right out and now I can't use it at all. I try to return it, but they emailed a QR code for me to take with me to the nearest Whole Food store, that is about a 30 mile drive. I haven't been able to find the time to make that drive and so now my return time has expired. Looks like I'm stuck with a worthless piece of junk. Never will I buy with Amazon again. ... show more
