Original review: It would print the top of a simple outline, barely do the middle, and some of the bottom. Not worth $5. -Company contacted me and really tried to correct the issue. Sent another machine out right away. I have set it up per the instruction book, however I am experiencing the same issues as before. I believe this printer would be ideal for the most simplistic line drawings. Small simple drawings. However my line drawings are a little more detailed. The circled lighter areas in my pics are areas that didn't fully stencil in and don't transfer to skin. I appreciate the company's prompt response and attempt at satisfaction. I will continue to experiment with the machine to find out what it can and can not accomplish and I will update with results. Updated review Results from experimenting with the machine. Traditional bold line tattoos are best for this machine. Even some new skool so long as the art has thick prominent linework. Nothing thin and delicate. Regular pencil or pen artwork is not sufficient to fully transfer. I also suggest not following directions on transfer paper loading. Do not fold out the yellow paper as it says. That extra layer of paper thin thickness seems to help with a proper transfer. Biggest thing is BOLD LINES. You can still use the bold stencil with smaller needles so long as the design isnt intricate and complex. ... show more

I honestly think 99% of the bad reviews are just user error. It's really not that hard and does exactly what it's supposed to. You can't expect to get every little detail... Easy to use. Stencil comes out clean. Get it :))
